The Space:

Settle into the rhythm of the Space Coast from a quiet stretch of canal in Merritt Island, where mornings start with coffee on the patio and evenings end soaking in a private hot tub under open sky.



Living space

The open-plan layout keeps everyone connected, with a comfortable living area flowing into the kitchen and dining space. Coastal-inspired décor gives the home a warm, easygoing feel, and a dedicated workspace is tucked nearby if anyone needs to check in on work between beach days.



Sleeping arrangements

Across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, there's room for up to 8 guests to spread out comfortably. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout, with a Pack 'n Play and high chair on hand for families traveling with little ones.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking or a full holiday spread - think gas stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses already stocked. A dining table seats the group, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils makes it easy to fire up dinner outside.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms come with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, along with hot water on demand after a day in the canal or out on the water.



Outdoor space

Out back, a fully fenced yard wraps around the patio, hot tub, and outdoor furniture, giving the group privacy to relax or gather without interruption. The waterfront setting puts a kayak right at your fingertips for paddling out onto Sykes Creek, and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are ready to grab whenever Cocoa Beach is calling.

Merritt Island places you minutes from Cocoa Beach and close to Kennedy Space Center, with Orlando's theme parks, including Disney World and Universal Studios, about an hour away - making this a flexible home base for beach time, space history, and theme park days alike. Free parking on the premises and free street parking make coming and going simple, and self check-in with a smart lock means a smooth arrival whenever you get in.

This single-level home (no stairs) is pet-friendly under the listing's pets allowed policy, with self check-in and long-term stays available for those looking to settle in a little longer.

Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.
