At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

ALL NEW FURNITURE INCLUDING MATTRESSES in the winter of 2020/2021.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces)

* 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds.

The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Beautiful condo with all the right amenities! The view was spectacular!!!Came for our son’s first Full Ironman. This condo was in a perfect location as it was far enough away from all the crowds but convenient enough for him to get to and from Ironman Village! He is now an Ironman!!!!

Checked in, sand all over the counters and floors (beach property, no surprise except not this much). Sheets had hair and sand, so we stripped off all the sheets and did laundry until 2am. Doors were scratched and dated. TVs were dated, 4 TVs - 2 broken remotes. Shower was powerful and good. WiFi was awful, building WiFi was so bad, I lose signal at the other end of the condo. Complained but no one came to fix.

Majestic tower

Nice propert in a great location. Elevator wait time is long. Waiting for carts to use to haul luggage is a challenge. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

Family Vacation

TVs sis not work in the rooms, some outlets not working, 2 hairdryers not working, had to request towels as there were bare minimum for knowing the # of people coming into room to stay I had to send a couple or emails to ask to get towels as we had family photos 1st day. Sand was in the beds as if the sheets were not changed. But we stripped them ourselves and washed them due to lack of response once we checked in. Room was spacious and enough room for family. I was told to not hang towels over balcony and removed them as soon as I got up there. It is a good safety feature they have in place. Keeps place looking nice. Would recommend to anyone and is within walking distance which was awesome after a long 12 hour drive

The place was okay. No one had taken out the trash or swept the floor. Below was the sand left in the room that I swept up! I emailed letting them know that the fan needed a new battery, and never got a email or call back!

Beautiful,spacious and comfortable I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the company 10 out of 10 overall experience definitely will go with them again. The master suite was extremely comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in years saw manatees dolphins manta rays from the balcony.

Family Vacation

Majestic Towers is a comfortable, safe place to stay. I always appreciate knowing security is there if we need it. The towers location is convenient to shopping. The beach is pristine and always beautiful!

Perfect Beach Retreat

The condo was decorated tastefully to give the beach feel and there was plenty of room for 9 of us. The resort had great amenities, but I would have liked the Majestic Market and H2O bar&grill to stay open later. I booked a place that had both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs incase we had bad weather we could still use the indoor pool and hot tub. However, there was a storm with thunder and lightening and they closed all of the pools and hot tubs. Check out was at 9 a.m. which felt a little too early to get 9 people out of there on time. A later check out time would have been beneficial because the housekeeper tried coming in at 8:30 and proceeded to stay in the hallway until we left, this caused lots of stress. We all had a great time and I would definitely book this condo again.

Great Amenities, Condo needs a good cleaning.

The good was that the resort amenities & location was great. Security was on property & the views from the balcony were wonderful! The elevators were quick and the condo was very spacious for our larger group. This condo needs a good cleaning. We had to rewash all of the bedding due to sand in the beds. The floors were grimey and there was several areas of thick dust/dirt/filth that just needed cleaned(door handles, walls, baseboards, around furniture, etc). The property manager was very easy to work with as far as communication prior to check in. We have stayed in PCB three times and we have had much cleaner properties. However the location, space, & amenities were great here.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. So many details were similar to our own home. The 6th floor was the perfect view. The Security protocols were a little creepy though. They watch you on cameras at hot tub, pool and gym. I didn't know you couldn't have a drink within 6' of hot tub, so they used camera to monitor. My son forgot to rerack weights in the gym, they used cameras to scold him. Since the weather was cool, we were not really using the facilities much. If it were summer, I would probably think differently.

Family trip

Resort was all that we wished for with our family of 9. My only suggestion for the unit is more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress was so hard.
