Cette superbe maison unifamiliale de 5 chambres se trouve à quelques minutes de route seulement des plus beaux rivages de la Floride, sur l’île Anna Maria, ce qui en fait le cadre idéal pour votre prochain séjour à la plage.
Avec une superficie de 2000 mètres carrés et une capacité d'accueil de 10 personnes, cette maison récemment rénovée allie le luxe à une atmosphère de maison de plage confortable. À quelques minutes des belles plages et de l'IMG Academy. Cette maison fera de vos vacances de rêve une réalité!

Great amenities

Excellent beach house retreat

Great place to relax while on a beach vacation with family! My toddler and teenagers were comfortable and well entertained even when not at the beach. Host is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would gladly recommend and stay at the property for our next visit to the area.

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation with two grand-babies under the age of three. Total of eight people Anna was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house was amazing. Very comfortable for our three families. The pool was beautiful and used daily by everyone The house location was very handy with many visits to Anna Maria Island. I would recommend anyone to stay at Anna’s property.

This property exceeded our expectations! The host thought of everything !

From the beginning, this host was very easy to work with and this house had everything that our family of 9 needed but the food. Very close to all of the activities that our family wanted to do on our vacation! We will definitely use this property the next time we are in Florida.

A wonderful house

5 sisters and 2 niece The host is extremely responsive to all inquiries. The house is immaculate. It is stocked with everything. Would recommend for all types of groups. 15 min from bradenton beach will be booking for 2026

Wonderful experience

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! From the cleanliness of the home, every kitchen utensil and pan you could want, toys and chairs for the beach and the location of the home..... it was awesome! And the owner, Anna, was so easy to communicate with and so friendly!

So cozy…

This property was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home! You felt right at home the minute you walked in, everything was so clean and tidy. The pool was used daily as well as the patio furniture, we had family dinners at the large dinning room table and made so many great memories. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Look no further!! I have rented many homes over the years and this by far was the best. Beautifully decorated. Owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Quick response and highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Trip

We booked this property for a small family gathering to celebrate a birthday. The property is beautiful, clean, well appointed and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together both inside and outside in the pool. The owner answered all of my questions promptly and was pleasure to work with. We all really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. Highly recommend this property.

Just Amazing !

Our stay was wonderful! We went with our family and children and we all had such a great time. The House was oh so beautiful, comfortable, and just so well thought out. The host thought of every single detail that would make our stay as wonderful as it was. Great location and neighborhood. All beaches were about 10-15 min drive. Over all an amazing experience. We highly recommend this house and host! Looking forward to staying with them again !

Perfect vacation property for a large family or group

Our extended family spent the weekend in the house, and everyone had only appreciative comments about it. Anna was very supportive, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as soon as the house cleaning was done, which was great for us being exhausted from the long trip. We were in town for a wedding and did not spend a lot of time in house, but are planning to come back for a relaxing vacation soon.

Family get away

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay! My kids loved the pool!! Such a beautiful home and lovely details, they also had all the amenities that were needed, lots of towels, kitchen/ cooking supplies, utensils. Some times I bring my own cookware bc some rentals are equipped with cheaper stuff, this place did not disappoint. And if I had any questions Anna responded quickly 😊
