We enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was clean and very close to the beach. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants. The amenities listed washer and dryer and then at the very bottom of the listing was coin laundry. I was under the impression there was laundry in the condo but it’s outside and on the bottom level. That is my only complaint for the property. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the laundry! We had a great time!

Wife and I spent a great 4 nights/3Days. The condo was perfect for us. It is well appointed. Upon arrival it was very hot outside but the AC was on and the place was very cool. The unit was very clean with an amazing view of the beach from the 3rd floor deck. There is lighting on the stairs at night and there is beach gear available. Chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to carry it all. Definitely would stay here again, and we most certainly will.

Pros: Excellent Communication, Clean, Well Equipped, Great Location and Beach View. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart provided. Secure. Pet Friendly.Cons: Stairs, two very long flights to bring up luggage. Not great if you have any mobility issues. Bedroom is located very close to the street and you hear traffic noise. For the price we paid I would have expected everything to be prestine. The unit is dated. The patio table chairs were rusted and could not be used. Also you cannot see the sunset from the balcony due to the trees next door. Path to the beach was very swamppy due to rain. Would advise bringing water socks.

The host was great, easy in and out. The kitchen had pretty much all you would need, including dish and dishwasher soap, paper towels and a well appointed kitchen.The location was great, water view and pretty close to the water. Also walking distance from downtown restaurants and shops. Their beach amenities (chairs, wagon, paddle board, etc) was stocked really well.The place could definitely use a freshening up with paint, flooring, cabinets and living room furniture. The bed was great and very comfortable!!Overall a nice place to stay!
