Spectaculaire rez-de-chaussée, condo en bord de mer à l'Hacienda de Mita avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il est situé à l'intérieur des portes privées de Punta Mita où se trouvent les Four Seasons et St Regis.

L'emplacement de l'Hacienda de Mita est une idée! C'est le seul développement de condominiums en bord de mer dans la station de Punta Mita avec un accès à pied à la ville et aux restaurants.

Super surf! Seuls quelques pas vous séparent de la plage et une belle pause de surf hivernale et estivale cohérente. Où pouvez-vous prendre votre planche de surf et courir vers les vagues sans utiliser d'ascenseur ou de voiture?

Notre condo au rez-de-chaussée sur la plage est tellement pratique, surtout pour les familles. Deux parcours de golf Jack Nicklaus gérés par le Four Seasons sont à votre disposition à des tarifs réduits. Tennis sur 10 nouveaux courts et un centre de fitness sont à quelques pas. . Femme de ménage à plein temps, cuisinier pour les services de petit déjeuner et de conciergerie ... Amazing locatio

We loved our trip to Punta Mita. The condo was in a great location with great beach access. Vicky our house keeper was amazing and made some incredible food for us. Everything was first class.

The condo was fantastic - the location by town and the access to beach clubs was perfect for a family vacation. Adriana the maid and chef was fantastic as well. We will definitely return.

Great relaxing stay.

We had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities within the Four Season compound. Warm pool and overall very happy with condo. Could use some updated smart tv's and furniture but overall beautiful, clean and great staff. Would also suggest supplying paddle boards etc. as that would have been wonderful.

Awesome Unit

The unit was recently renovated and clearly was one of the nicer (if not, the nicest) units in this resort/complex. The service from the staff was also top notch. Some minor issues with the shower (leaking shower heads, and water seeping through the glass doors), but all in all a great place to stay.

Fantastic Property & Location

We have stayed in Punta several times. Now that we are bringing out children this is the perfect location. Great ground floor means kids can run into the pool/beach easily. The management team was great. We just re-booked for next year. Restaurants are always great in the gates and in town. Some were much more expensive than usual but COVID has been difficult I am sure.

Perfect in every way!

202 has recently been completely renovated. It is open and bright with direct ground floor access to the pool and beach. Vicki makes an amazing breakfast every morning and Liz, the concierge, is always ready to help. She greeted us on arrival and toured the unit that was spotless and stocked with basics. The location is ideal for walking into town and the garage is close by for bikes, golf cart and cars.

Fabulous

Beautiful property, clean, and updated. Photos are accurate. Very easy access to town, the beach & the pools. Highly recommend the unit. Be sure to check the rental fees for boogie boards / surfboards / SUP, etc. concierge tried to charge 3 times more than the shops charge and 3 times more than we’ve ever paid in the 9 years we have been going to Punta Mita. Would recommend the unit.

Beautiful!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Decor is simple yet pretty and functional. The location is top notch. Steps away from the pool and ocean. Being on the ground floor is a game changer as you can just walk right out the door to both. Vicky is a sweetheart and was very helpful cooking and cleaning for us. Alejandra was awesome as concierge and was there whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this unit!

Punta Mita Family Trip

The location of this condo and view was perfect. We really enjoyed the ground floor unit and view of the pool/ocean. The complex is extremely family friendly and there are multiple pools so you never feel like you are on top of the other guests. The concierge, Barbara was awesome and helped us to plan to perfect trip. Our housekeeper was amazing and loved having either breakfast or lunch included from her. A couple of issues though: - the couch/furniture in the family room is extremely uncomfortable. - the listing showed that this unit has TV...but they are all Smart TVs/Apple TVs and you have to try and use your own apps to watch TV. For Example, YouTubeTV doesn't work in Mexico so we really couldn't watch TV. Doesn't seem like a big deal but we were down there for 7 days during March Madness and the Players Championship PGA event - The internet in the unit was extremely slow at all times. The property manager told us it was an issue with the carrier to the complex but we spoke to some of our neighbors who were getting high speed just fine. I would highly recommend this owner checking into a new upgraded router and confirming they are paying for the highest speed connection possible. - Unit could use extra sheets/blankets - If you are looking for a 4BR, this is really a 3BR with the 2 bunkbeds being in a very small room and only suitable for small kids All that said, we enjoyed this unit and had a very relaxing time in Punta Mita

First time to Hacienda De Mita

The apartment was great. Our tub and shower had issues but otherwise the unit was wonderful. We had major golf cart issues but the mgmt team did their best to solve them. You need good golf carts in Punta Mita because the golf carts add to your overall experience inside the gates.

Great property, nice ground floor location

Very nice property, great concierge. Unfortunately one of our group accidentally opened the owners closet. It was an accordion style closet and he pulled on one end which undid the locking mechanism on the other. We notified the concierge and left all of the contents untouched. Many apologies.

Charged extra fees unfairly

We were charged hundreds of dollars because they said we left the doors open too long and that caused the AC to leak. We contacted the concierge to let them know we noticed it half way through the trip and a week AFTER we checked out they charged our credit card. We did a good job keeping the doors shut. And they never even mentioned to us that leaving the doors open could cause the AC to leak. They should have told us that if it’s an issue for this unit. Unit also doesn’t come with a golf cart which most of the other units around it do

Beautiful!

Gorgeous property! Highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed our stay in HDM 202 -- amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and beach, fully appointed unit, wonderful cook and housekeeper -- fantastic vacation! HDM 202 is the ideal spot for families (or anyone). The ground floor was so nice to have with kids who could run between the pool and the unit easily. Easy walk into town to restaurants or the market. The access to a variety of beach clubs was terrific. Easy to book and communicate with owner/representatives. We had never been to Punta Mita and we will definitely be back. Ideal vacation!
