We had a wonderful stay! First of all, allow me to emphasize how GREAT the owners are with communication! Having checked in a bit early, we encountered a small hiccup, but the owners responded so quickly, took care of it immediately and were so gracious about it. Their home was perfect, not to mention beautiful, for our family of 8 with three small children! We LOVED the added bonus of having two golf carts to get around! That along with the property literally just steps from the pool made things so much easier with the kids. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was also a huge plus for our group. Everything was just perfect! Looking forward to coming back ! Thank you Kim and Ben !!

Great home. Steps from the pool. We traveled with 7 kids (all ages 8 and under) and they loved the bunk room. Ben and Kim were super quick with any issues we had. LOVED having the golf carts to get around — we didn’t crank our cars once while here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The furniture was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The house was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay convenient and stress-free. We also loved being so close to the pool—it was just a short walk away and perfect for quick swims. The golf carts were a great bonus and worked perfectly throughout our stay, making it easy to get around the property. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

The home is very accomodating for a larger, more grown up family. Very near the Baytowne Wharf area at Sandestin and the marina. The pool is smaller, but was nice for us throughout.
