We can certainly pass along that request; however, we state that our fees include a one-time, initial setup of sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and basic amenities for the restroom. Hello Erica, We greatly appreciate your feedback. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience, but the call regarding parking was not made solely to be easier on the cleaner. When the cleaners arrived, all of the overflow parking was full, so even if they were to walk further, there was no option for them to park in order to clean the unit. We understand that it was not ideal to leave your lunch, but unfortunately there was no other space for the cleaners to park at the time. As far as toilet paper goes, we definitely try to be transparent that it's a standard in the industry to only provide a starter pack of amenities. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergents are provided to get guests through the first night, but anything further is the guest's responsibility. We would love to accommodate you again, and are sorry that the parking issue left a bad taste in your mouth. We hope to see you for your beach vacation again next year.
