While most of our properties have internet access, the service can be affected by factors beyond our control. In case of disruptions, we always do our best to troubleshoot, send our internal tech for necessary checks, or reach out to the internet provider. Regarding the dishes and bathroom items, we aim to ensure that the kitchen is adequately stocked with glassware, cookware, and utensils, and that each bathroom has the necessary supplies, including toilet paper, soap/body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, and washcloths. We apologize if it felt like the rental was set up for our convenience rather than yours.
