Hi Kayla, Thank you for staying with us again and for sharing your honest feedback. We truly appreciate your continued trust after enjoying a great experience with us the first year. We’re sorry this visit came with so many unexpected frustrations. Some of the concerns you mentioned, including the pool/beach pathway work, hot tub closure, and community pipe issues, were related to HOA-managed areas and were unfortunately outside of our direct control. We understand, however, that these things still impact your overall vacation experience. We also appreciate you letting us know about the in-unit concerns, including the AC and access bracelet, so we can continue addressing the items within our control. We hope your next stay brings the relaxing, worry-free getaway you enjoyed before, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
