Cottage BOJO entiÚrement rénové dans le village, à quelques minutes de la plage!

Notre adorable petit chalet a été construit en 1950. Il est entiÚrement rénové et avec un ajout moderne et deux porches! Nous sommes situés au centre du village, à quelques pas des plages, des parcs, de la boulangerie et des restaurants! Vous pouvez vous détendre sur le porche grillagé, entiÚrement meublé en osier, vous blottir dans le salon confortable en regardant vos films préférés, ou vous détendre dans la grande salle en profitant de l'espace paisible ou en jouant à des jeux à table.
Nous avons tous les nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine et la buanderie et un bar avec mini-réfrigérateur et évier à l'étage. Notre maison est une combinaison parfaite de vintage et de moderne avec deux espaces de vie à partager, tous accessibles à tout ce que l'ßle offre.

Great beach cottage in Dauphin Island!

Stayed a few days at Dauphin Island and really enjoyed this beach cottage. It's only a few blocks from the beach and accessible to everything on the island. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any request. Great place to stay if wanting a laid back stay on the island.

Charming cottage

We had a wonderful time staying at Mary's place! It is so charming and fit our needs perfectly. Mary was so helpful and gave us several helpful tips about the island that made our trip perfect! I would definitely recommend Mary's place to anyone!

This is A lovingly renovated cottage with room and privacy for everyone!

We had the opportunity to spend 3 nights here and will absolutely return for our next trip.The location is central to the island activities and a quick walk to lots of activities.Our youngest was able to complete his virtual coursework via zoom with fantastic connection.The back screened porch was perfect and we were all thrilled with the hammock, grill and outdoor shower as well.The hosts have bikes and beach chairs available that reduced our packing.Two separate cooling systems made keeping everyone content and the kitchen is well stocked and sparkling clean.The spaces were thoughtfully decorated and this is very much a home, not just a condo rental.Even the landscaping is freshly updated and lovely.Reserve this listing with confidence.I look forward to spending more time here with my family.

Great cottage!

The cottage was just what we needed for our family. It gave everyone separation and privacy. The house was fully stocked with any item you may have forgotten. It is not directly on the beach but conveniently located in the center both directions. We were just two houses down from the bakery and walking distance of many shops. Beautifully decorated and access to beach items that were very helpful. We would definitly stay again.

Sweetest little cottage!

The house was adorable! It was fully stocked and had every single thing we needed for the weekend. My kids loved the upstairs room and we enjoyed being close to everything but in a quiet little neighborhood.

Perfect cottage for a rainy weekend

We have three couples and there was a ton of room. The screen porch on the back was where we spent most of our time because we had a lot of rain and it was perfect. Mary was extremely accommodating and helpful. We’ll be sure to come back

Peaceful

This property was very nice! It has a front & back screened porch, which is very relaxing. Plenty of room, very clean, has everything you need! It's not on the beach. But within walking distance to stores & beaches. Very quite area. It's the best sleep I've had in years!

We are a family that fell in love with this island! Three years ago we actually fulfilled our dream and moved here. Our sweet cottage is a wonderful place for us to host people who want to relax and get away from it all! We love this island and hope that you experience all that it has to offer . . . the sunsets, sunrises, bird sanctuary, sea lab, delicious seafood and the people. Dauphin Island is a paradise for so many . . . photographers, birders and beachcombers alike. Welcome to our cottage!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our cottage is in the "Village", the center of the island, accessible to all the beaches, and within walking distance of the best bakery and birdwatching spots on the island.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The cottage accommodates 8 and is perfect for two families to visit the island together. The old and new part are divided by a door that lends privacy for parents and children or different family groups. The cottage is conveniently located, just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. We are are also just around the corner from Shell Mound Park, down the street from the Goat Trees, a short walk to Ship and Shore, and two blocks from the Light House Bakery.
