Beautiful amenities and location! Extremely clean, updated and so much space considering the price! It places you directly next to Trevi fountain which places you in walking distance of multiple sites. Felippo and Marco were amazing hosts. Highly recommend this place and will come to stay again anytime we're in Rome!

Our second stay here and it is excellent. Beautiful apartment, tall ceilings, very clean and lots of room. Bathroom right in each of the three bedrooms of good size. We enjoyed being right near the main sights in this magnificent city. Very comfortable, several air conditioners that work great. Washing machine in apartment very handy. We had an excellent stay and our Host Filippo was excellent and made sure our check in and check out went smoothly. Definitely a favorite of ours when staying in Rome.

Our group of 3 couples stayed for 4 nights in September and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and stylish with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The location being right next to Trevi Fountain was such an enjoyable experience for us as it is where so many tourists come to visit and we could just pop out and view it at whatever time of day we wanted. The area is busy and loud, but we found once indoors it was peaceful especially on the tiny patio. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise. And we always could find our home as it was right by this landmark. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend.

Scaffolding in place but super gracious hosts made the stay extremely welcoming. No elevator but the 2 strong male hosts brought all the suitcases up and down for us. Location is at the Trevi Fountain and walkable to just about everywhere! Large mini-market very nearby. Would definitely return and stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in this fantastic apartment. First of all, Filippo, the owner lives in the building. We have stayed at many, many VRBO properties, and Filippo is by far the most attentive and informative hosts we have ever had. Checking was a breeze and Filippo helped us with transportation and information many times during our stay. The flat is located literally steps away from Trevi Fountain, so the location could not have been better. The apartment itself is very spacious and would be very comfortable for 3 couples easily! It is also a very beautiful apartment with everything you need for an amazing stay. All I can say is that we will be back!!

Family vacation

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All items in the kitchen were spotless. There was plenty of flat surfaces to drop purchases and charge devices. The AC worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. The location was excellent-beside the Trevi, but the congestion made it impossible for a cab to get to us. We would walk one or two blocks to meet the cab. Hosts were kind and very helpful. Great stay for my family.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Rome

This was a beautiful and well appointed apartment. There are 3 beautiful rooms with their own bathrooms and kept very clean. The location is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere: the Colosseum, Vatican etc. To top all this is the host. Filippo goes over and beyond. He arranged for a driver from the train station to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport which was a top notch service. He immediately responded to any questions that we had. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us and munchies, which was very thoughtful. We are thankful that we had such a perfect host and will not hesitate to stay here next time we are in Rome.

Perfect location/ wonderful host

All contact with host Fillipe was awesome he made sure our stay was perfect. The location cannot be beat. The apartment itself was very nice as described with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- we had issue with hot water but were able to use one of the other showers to get a hot shower. It was a great stay!

Best Experience

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about Filippo and our stay. This VRBO is very spacious and clean. Filippo met us at the rental and showed us everything. Communication was above par. I can't say enough. I hope that we get to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco's place. He was a great host. We were able to check in early and he was very generous with his time. We were surprised that they also had a cleaning crew come in once a week to clean our place. They were fast to react to our calls. The host lives in the building so his response is fast. The condo was very spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Literally at the Trevi, Huge Apt

This was a great, very busy spot, right at the Trevi Fountain. Lovely big apartment, 3 bedrooms 3 bath. It was perfect for 6 of us, ages 12-74. We bought groceries for cheese boards, wine, breakfast and pastries and enjoyed the kitchen, not wanting to be in restaurants for every meal. The fountain is 12 steps away and I was worried about the noise before I arrived, but it was fine. Thick walls. It was the most tourists in Rome outside our door, but we were happy being central and walking to so many things. Would have opted for something more mellow if it had been just husband and I, but it was fun to step out with teenagers and go in different directions in pairs, and meet up with more family staying near. Host Filippo was wonderful.

Lovely Italian Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location (right next to Trevi fountain) was convenient and easy to remember when trying to find our way back home after exploring Rome. The apartment was spacious, clean and the property manager was incredibly helpful and attentive. A+ experience!

Amazing! Just book this!

Just book this location! But read more to find out why. Multi-generational family trip with my parents and my kids. Several of us have been to Rome several times before. We all agreed this was the best place ever and any future trip will be booked to stay here. Location location location. Such a great spot for public transportation, walking to most sites, etc. Grocery store 2 minutes away. Spacious. Well equipped. Communication and coordination with property owner was excellent. Helped arrange airport rides. Had baby crib set up. Allowed early check in to drop luggage for part of our group. Can’t recommend this enough. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect and the location within walking distance of all major attractions but the neighborhood is insanely crowded at times. Filippo is a great property manager and was very hospitable during our stay.

We were a group of 6 friends traveling and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Our host greeted us, showed us the apartment, gave us recommendations on sights and places to eat. The beds were clean and comfortable. There’s a nice kitchen with lots of supplies and many areas to sit for relaxing and conversation. The location is right by the Trevi fountain with many restaurants, gelato spots and shopping. Super central for getting around. We would all stay here again. Kudos to our host.

Great stay in Rome

The location of the apartment is fantastic, I could throw a coin into the Trevi fountain from my bedroom window. The apartment has huge bedrooms and a good size lounge and dinning room, the only downside was the settee was not the most comfortable. The host Felippo was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Great Stay.

What an amazing stay. Filippo is an awesome host. Communication was top notch and very timely. Just steps from the Trevi Fountain is a great location. We walked everywhere. Coliseum, Vatican, Zoo, Children’s Museum. And many other neighborhoods in our spare time. Will definitely stay again if in Rome.
