We loved our stay at this appointment! Lara met us at the apartment and gave us wonderful dining recommendations. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need for your trip. We enjoyed being close to the major attractions, but the neighborhood is still quaint and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, walking distance to everything even Vacation City. Comfortable accommodations, excellent WIFI Great air conditioning. Felt very safe. Easy check in and check out. We definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your accommodations with us.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable and centrally located. You could walk to most major historic sites within 10 minutes. The bedroom and front room windows did not lock on both sides, but that didn’t ever pose a problem. It was wonderful to have two full bathrooms. Lorenzo was very patient as we arrived much later than we originally anticipated. He made the check-in process smooth. I somehow missed the info about paying a city tax upon arrival, but we were able to get that taken care of easily.

Great location but unfortunately not clean and needs some maintenance and attention! Very worn, stains everywhere, floors with visible spills and extremely dirty. Needs a good scrubbing and painting and some work done!

We really enjoyed this cozy, clean, and very centrally located 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment. Comfortable beds. AC worked well in all rooms. Well stocked.The hosts were excellent in communication and letting us know some recommendations. The location is a few minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori, Pantheon. Vatican is 15 min walk, villa borghese park 25 min and Colosseum 35 min walk. A countless sea of restaurants all around! Safe neighbourhood. A few updates could be done for the bathrooms, but otherwise nothing but great things to say. We enjoyed our stay.

Molto Bene! Right in the heart of Roma! We managed 95 degree days and found comfort in this home throughout our stay. Clean, well managed, elevator worked! The owners were easy and helped us navigate our trip and offered us general guidance for visiting Roma.Highly recommend.

The location was great!! Easy check in. There are quite a few stairs if you don’t take the small elevator. We wish the apartment had been cooler. Maybe it’s because it’s the top floor and the height of summer but we struggled staying cool.

Check in was very smooth. Personal connection via what'sapp helped a lot for real time communication.The property is located in a very cute area of Rome and close to many major sites.The Vatican is a 15 minute walk away. Spanish steps also. The Piazza navona is 5 min. Only the colosseum is a bit far, 35min.The place itself had working air conditioning in each room which made the 100F (38C) weather bearable. Wifi worked well, and showers had working hot water.

We really enjoyed our time in Rome, and this property was one of the reasons why. It was central to everything, with plenty of room for my family. It was clean and the check in process was easy. The host was easy to work with and they communicated very effectively. We would strongly recommend this flat, and would stay here again in the future.

Coffee pot didn't work. Shower heads need to be replaced. More towels would be nice. There were no kitchen scrubbing utensils. Just one hand towel. 1 bath towel for each of us for 4 nights. Internet said was working but it didn't work for us. Great location and great shops and eating everywhere very close. Check in was easy. Lorenzo was great and the owner Sylvia was very nice. I hope hope they fix the shower heads and supply more towels and a coffee maker. Then it will be perfect. Also. If you get cold easy be prepared. Only a sheet on each bed. No blankets or comforters

Perfect location. Big bedrooms. Elevator. A/C worked great. Friendly hosts. When we first arrived, it smelled like cigarette smoke but by the next day, it was fine. The apartment could probably use a new paint job. But everything worked. Comfortable beds. Nice living area. And in the middle of everything. Small washer worked well.
