Bienvenue dans votre maison de vacances idéale sur la plage et à Pensacola Beach; Le secret le mieux gardé de la Floride.

Sous gestion des propriétaires cette année. Propriété 5 étoiles. Nous sommes fiers de savoir que de nombreuses familles ont fait de bons souvenirs ici en 2019 et nous attendons avec impatience de nombreux autres groupes heureux.

Le plan d'étage ouvert de la cuisine, de la salle à manger et du salon rend l'espace idéal pour la convivialité familiale et le divertissement. Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde à la table à manger.

Emplacement parfait: à environ 5 minutes à pied du golfe du Mexique et à 2 minutes à pied de Santa Rosa Sound, (recherchez Baby Beach), où les eaux calmes sont parfaites pour le paddle board, le kayak ou tout simplement flottant.

Il y a un arrêt (# 32) pour le tramway juste au coin près de la caserne des pompiers à Avenida 17 qui vous emmènera gratuitement à tous les bars de plage, restaurants, boutiques et promenade pendant la saison!

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée, chacune des 2 autres chambres sont équipées d'un lit superposé Queen sur Queen. Ce ne sont cependant pas les seuls endroits pour dormir! Il y a aussi un futon de taille double dans la mezzanine et une chaise rembourrée supplémentaire avec un lit jumeau gigogne pour dormir des invités supplémentaires, ce qui porte la capacité de couchage totale à 12! Nous incluons également un Pack n Play et une chaise haute pour les petits.

Chaque chambre et le salon ont une télévision avec antenne de diffusion pour les stations locales ainsi que YouTubeTV et un compte Netflix gratuit inclus.

Il y a deux grands ponts pour s'amuser à l'extérieur, ainsi qu'une immense cour. La cour est équipée d'un terrain de Bucket Ball (pensez à la bière pong seulement plus grande!), jeu de fléchettes, Tiki Toss (anneau sur une chaîne) et géant Jenga. Il y a aussi un barbecue sur le pont arrière.

Pour les courtes promenades à la plage, vous trouverez un chariot de plage, des chaises de plage, une glacière et des parapluies.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our stay was incredible! Bunny and Boo treated us like family, quick to help us with bikes and any amenities we wanted. They thought of everything, many kitchen appliances and tools for cooking, lots of towels and bedding, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, beach amenities, everything to help it feel like coming home. The hot tub was sparkling clean and soooooo excellent. Check in and out was so easy, Bunny and Boo are very easy going and we will definitely be back!

Of all the places we’ve stayed this house is one of the best stocked- plenty of beach supplies, cleaning and kitchen items available for use. Hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked, especially with kids and having to cross a double lane busy road. But the available bikes and golf cart rental helped with this. The biggest downside are the stairs to the loft- they are very steep and rather dangerous. I had planned to have our 6 and 8 year old sleep upstairs but the safety of navigating them in the middle of the night was a concern. Something to be aware of with younger children.I would give the house 4 stars but the hosts definitely 5 stars. Bunny was always available to answer any questions and provide help if needed in a very timely manner. We appreciated the hospitality!

Thank you for your review. We have to admit that we are disappointed by the less than 5 star rating. It is truly disappointing because it means we did not meet your expectations. We tried! You had many questions for us prior to booking the property and we accommodated all of your requests from fans for every room (we even purchased an additional fan to meet your needs) to a discount on the price of the golf cart to preparing the kiddie pool. Additionally, you received a 25% discount on the nightly rate for last minute booking, making it the lowest price for a beach rental of this size in July on Pensacola Beach. We also knew some of your crew was arriving early and we allowed early check in so that they didn’t have to wait until 4 pm, our standard check in time. We are happy to know our kitchen was the best stocked kitchen you’ve had in a rental. It’s what we would like to find when we stay in a rental property. All of our guests have found our location to be perfect. A quiet neighborhood, not too far from the shops and restaurants, a short walk to the sound, and a 5 minute walk to the gulf with a well-marked and signed crosswalk in a school zone to get there. Your main concern; however, was the stairs to the loft which are pictured in the photos of the property. We have signage as well as a gate at the bottom due to the steepness of the stairs and we do encourage caution. The loft does seem to be a popular place for the youngsters though, a cool hideaway. Our apologies that your plans to put the 6 & 8 year old children in the loft made you uncomfortable. There were lots of beds to choose from on the main level including the pull out queen bed in the couch in the living room and the pullout twin in the oversized chair in the front room, in addition to the 4 queen sized beds and one king bed in the bedrooms. We have been renting our home for 7 years and we are very proud to be providing the best beach vacation we can. Bunny is thrilled to know he’s a 5 star host! After everything, it is disappointing to know that our home did not meet your expectations. We hope you had a good vacation regardless. We know grandma did!

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Hooray for a 5-star stay!!! Our family had an amazing stay at Bunny and Boo’s Beach Bungalow! The property was exactly as described…spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided plenty of beach gear, which made our beach days so much easier!The bungalow is just a short walk to the beach, and we absolutely loved the location. The beach was peaceful and not crowded, making it the perfect place to relax and spend time together.Bunny and Boo are exceptional hosts! Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Boo during this trip, she was wonderful about communicating with us. Bunny was so welcoming and kind that he made us feel like old friends. Great location!

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

Perfect

Great place, great location, greater hosts!! All you need for beach vacation, easy beach access, close to restaurants and things to do but just enough removed from hustle n bustle to be nice and quiet at the house. Gracious and very helpful hosts! Even helped us with a flat tire!! Can’t ask for more!

Bachelorette party

This property has a great location! So convenient to beach and boardwalk area. The hosts were fantastic, so quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

Had an excellent time!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

After vacationing here twice a year for 8 years we decided that Pensacola Beach had to become our home. We enjoy sharing our home so that others can experience the beauty and peace of Pensacola Beach.

We love the space this home provides for large groups. It's a nice respite for just one or two also. We love the proximity to the core of Pensacola Beach. It's only a mile walk to the bars and restaurants or the free trolley during season is easy to catch right around the corner. While being just a short walk to the Gulf or the sound this home is on a quiet street. If your goal is to get away this house is perfect. This home was love at first sight for us.
