L'aménagement paysager luxuriant autour de ce niveau du sol de la Floride chalet crée une retraite tropicale. La cour arrière clôturée est un espace privé idéal pour le café du matin ou après-midi cocktails. Quelques marches jusqu’au pont supérieur vous donnent accès aux vues sur le golfe et le son. Le détroit se trouve à moins d’un pâté de maisons au nord et la plage du front du golfe, à cinq minutes au sud.

301 Via De Luna est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

L'intérieur de la maison est délicieux. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, salle de bains principale privée et l'accès à la terrasse arrière. Les zones cuisine, salon et salle sont situés dans le centre de la maison. Il ya trois chambres supplémentaires qui partagent une salle de bain avec le salon. Deux de ces chambres ont des lits queen simples et la troisième a un lit complet. Ce est une maison idéale pour une famille de huit, pour deux couples et quelques enfants, ou même pour les quatre couples. Cette maison crie pratiquement se détendre et profiter.

Relaxing large home with a great back yard.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the home was a little dusty but I only noticed bc I have chronic asthma. The mattresses could be updated. But everything went fine and we would stay again. The back yard is amazing! Good for dogs and pets!

Nice neighborhood, fantastic yard, and steps from the beach. The yard is fenced and safe and private. We love it!

A very nice property....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable home, kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Large back yard is securely fenced for dogs to enjoy. The only suggestions would be to put door on master bedroom for privacy and add a couple of chaise lounge chairs to the backyard to soak up the sun!

Great house with great backyard and close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process with Paradise Beach homes was easy and we were even able to get into our property a little earlier. The house was extremely clean and had all the necessary supplies. The backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the patio. The beach is a short walk or an very quick golf cart ride and it wasn't crowded at all. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great location, comfortable and roomy property. Suggest periodic emptying of ice maker, it was frozen over and ice dispenser not working and moisture collecting around door and on floor. I finally got it loose and emptied it and that seemed to resolve problems.

Reviewer Comments: When I checked in to get the keys, I was surprised that I was not asked for ID. This is not bad, but was a little odd. We went to the house to get moved in and were astounded by how much dust covered almost everything. The home is beautiful, but there was so much dust it was disturbing. We had guests coming for a dinner that night and we had to spend hours cleaning dust from all of the rooms. The fee for cleaning was $175.00, and I truly don't feel it is worth the work that is put into the property.I had little to no interaction with the staff, so I cannot really say how professional they are.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s in a good location but the house needs a lot of upkeep. It’s not as nice as the photos suggest. The blankets and sofa also weren’t very clean (dog hair and trash in the sofa cushions). The biggest plus was the fenced in yard which we needed for our dogs. They also failed to mention that construction was going on directly across the street where beach access was. Not cool. It was noisy and unpleasant. That should’ve been disclosed. Price was too high for what you get.

We loved this house! The privacy fenced yard was large and perfect for our dog. The outdoor shower was a plus. We could walk to the beach about a block away and the neighborhood was safe. It was tastefully decorated with beach tones.

Excellent location but Property needs detail cleaning

We loved the location of this property - close to the beach and the restaurants. However, the inside of the property was clean enough for us to tolerate but we disinfect the surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms before we settled in. The floors were not clean and my wife found dog hair on one of the mattress covers - we washed the bed sheets for that bed. The refrigerator had a foul smell to it. As for the outside, the landscaping looked great but the exterior of the property including the deck needs some work. If we received assurances that the property will undergo a deep detail cleaning on the inside and the outside issue will be remediated, then we might stay here again.

Wanted to go back next year but when I tried, we found out the price for a week's stay had skyrocketed so thanks but no thanks. YIKES!!
