Le propriétaire est un photographe professionnel et offre une séance photo de famille gratuite sur la plage!

Hébergement: La maison est une maison privée de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain en face du golfe du Mexique. La maison est sur le canal avec quai privé et cale de bateau! Deux cours clôturées facilitent le transport de votre animal.

Chambre 1 - a 1 lit king size

Chambre 2 - a 1 lit queen

Chambre 3 - a 1 lit queen

Chambre 4 - a 4 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être utilisés séparément ou rapprochés au besoin, évier, mini-réfrigérateur, table de jeu et espace au sol si un matelas soufflant est nécessaire.

Canapé du salon a un lit gigogne queen.

Le salon principal s'ouvre sur la terrasse couverte et les salles à manger. Le pont a grill pour la cuisine en plein air. Il existe de nombreux espaces de rassemblement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison.

Equipements: 2 vélos, kayak, table de ping-pong, jouets de plage assortis, chaises de plage

Caractéristiques extérieures: Grand parking, deux espaces clôturés, 2 espaces couverts avec table et sièges pour manger. Douche extérieure, quai privé et débarcadère.

Nous offrons des courses d'épicerie de Wal-Mart et un service de ménage quotidien. Ces services peuvent être négociés avec le propriétaire avant la réservation.

Nous sommes fiers de la propreté impeccable et fournissons les nécessités de base; serviettes en papier, papier hygiénique, salières et poivrières, détergent à lessive, détergent à vaisselle, savon, shampoing, filtres à café.

Fun and convenient !

Great place to stay, convenient to the beach, restaurants especially Peg Leg Peats which is a favorite for our crew! A great place to stay if you have a combination of kids and adults.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. Plenty of space, easy walk to beach and could fish and launch our kayaks from the back dock. Highly recommend!

Great vacation house.

The home is very nice. Location is great for quick trips to the beach. Got to listen to the live bands at Peg Leg Petes every night from the balcony.

Perfect Spring Break

Great Pensacola Beach Vacation

Excellent property with a fantastic location. Fishing from the dock in the back yard and very short walk to the beach. Super convenient to nice restaurants and souvenir shopping. Wonderful and responsive hosts!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The rooms were of good size, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need to cook meals, the views were beautiful. The owner was a great communicator and has a lovely home.

AMAZING!

This house was perfect for our family gathering! My son loved fishing off the dock, the house was clean and the location could not have been better! This may have to be an annual rental!

plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 kiddos and 2 dogs, 2 cars. House was well-equipped for all our needs, very comfortable beds, enclosed yard for the dogs (also closed from dock). Property manager was super communicative and made sure our stay was perfect.

Perfect location for fun and family on Pensacola Beach. Owners are extremely friendly and respond expeditiously with any questions or concerns. Owners recommended a variety of restaurants, attractions, and hidden secrets. The property has all the amenities needed for an excellent time on the water!!

Great views and plenty of fishing!

Beautiful home right on the marina. Yard is right across the water looking at Peg Leg Pete’s. Very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. My little nephew caught two fish right from the yard the first night we were there. Awesome location!

A piece of paradise, in paradise

The Leport Resort served as the perfect home base for our stay during Blue Angel week. Clean, spacious, and perfect location close to everything the beach has to offer. We loved being able to sit out on the deck and people watch across the water at Peg Leg's while listening to the live music. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect spot to call home while enjoying their beach vacation.

We are a local family. After our children left for college and careers, we decided to share our beach house with vacationers. We now live in Gulf Breeze, just minutes away from LePort Resort. We are blessed to call this area home. Living in paradise is wonderful and we hope our guests find their little piece of paradise here too. My husband is a builder and I own a real estate brokerage firm, Poppy Proeprties. After visiting this beautiful area, some guests decided to buy! Let us know if we can help in anyway!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

LePort Resort's location is away from the touristy end of the beach. Beach access is right across the street and is typically not crowed. In the afternoons you have the beach to yourself. After dinner, walk or take the free trolley (seasonal) to the last stop on Ft. Pickens Road to watch a spectacular sunset. The trolley driver stops for your viewing pleasure. The layout of this house offers privacy and the upstairs loft area is a great place for the kiddos to hang out.

This home provides the ability to bring a boat! We also love the fact that we are not directly on the beach because we enjoy the privacy of not having people in our backyard. Beach front houses are not on private beaches, therefore, they are open to the public both day and night. We love the privacy and flexibility of our location! Walk or take the trolley to fun places and return to a quiet and peaceful home.
