Right place to stay

Loved the apartment.Very close to the Campo de’ Fiori. Easy access to Grocery shop 20 yards off corner of Campo De’ Fiori. Really nice wine bar within 100 yards. We were 2 couples staying there for 11 nights in July. Each had own separate bathroom. Never felt crowded. Kitchen well equipped. We made our own meals for at least half of the evenings. Aircon was a blessing in the middle of the heatwave in 2026. Good WiFi. Contact with owners from start of booking in Sept 2025 to the day we left was easy. They kept us up to date with booking in procedures and prior to our arrival instructions on how to access the apartment. Special thanks to Francesca.

Absolutely great location! Central city, within an easy walk to Piazza Navona, Campo de" Fiori, the Roman Forum & the Colliseum. Very quiet street, and very quiet property. Courtyard out back was a great place to relax at the start or end of each day. Only issues we ran into...we never received check-in instructions, so when we arrived we had to figure out how to get a hold of the management company, as the contact phone number on VRBO no longer worked, but once we tracked down a phone number, we were given instructions on how to enter the property. And there was no hot water, so we had to find the water heater (outside in the courtyard) and re-set it every morning for hot water. Otherwise still a very nice property and great location!

Great location

We had a great time at this flat in Rome. The location was absolutely perfect, as we easily walked to many restaurants and attractions. The garden terrace was wonderful and it was fantastic having a washing machine to catch up on laundry from our trip. If you want an authentic Italian city living experience, this is it.

Great location and perfect place!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Roma. Walking distance to everything or a short taxi ride. The property was perfect for us to have some space, wash a couple clothes and store water and some snack food to eat. Benedetta was excellent in providing us with transportation and ideas. Great, great, great experience!

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the best location in Rome! Everything you will want to see is a short walk away. And if you do not want to walk, there is a bus stop and taxi stand one block away. We did not meet the host in person, but they were quick to respond to our questions. You will love the location of this apartment.

A lovely oasis in the city center

This is a great location. It is in the very active historic center but the apartment is peaceful and has a wonderful outside area. Great WiFi and the kitchen is adequate enough for easy meals. Communication was quick and friendly. We really appreciated all of the property manager’s help in navigating the apartment and Rome itself. There are plenty of great options nearby for coffee, gelato, meals and even groceries and they gave us many tips for where to go etc…. We would gladly stay here again!

Patio!

The wraparound patio is a slide of heaven and something you just do not find anywhere in Rome. It’s amazing. Benedetta took care of everything for us. Communication was wonderful. The location is super central and very safe. The apartment is huge and has everything you need for a short or extended stay.

Great location and apt.

Benedetta was very friendly and welcomed us to Rome. She explained everything we needed to know about the apt and tips on touring Rome and restaurants. Air conditioning worked well during a hot spell in Rome, comfortable beds and lots of room for a family of 4. Location was in the heart of Rome, and quiet and conveniently located near coffee shops and groceries. Within walking distance to most historic monuments. Thank you for your hospitality.

Fantastic location

The apartment is located in an excellent area. Benedetta was very charming and responsive and made sure all went well for us. The apartment is a bit unusual in layout. We treated it as a studio apartment, since we slept in the living room. That bed was larger and more comfortable than the one in the bedroom. The kitchen was very small but usable. And the terrace was very nice and comfortable. The best part is that it is perfectly located in a great part of the city.

Spacious apartment in a great area

My husband and I spent 6 nights in the apartment and were very comfortable and happy. There is a lot of room to spread out inside and a lovely patio outside. It is quiet all day since it faces the back of the building. Benedetta was very informative and helpful! She arranged our ride from the airport, told us about good places to shop for food, and recommended restaurants. We ate at 3 of her recommend places. We are on the train out of Roma and missing it already!

Amazing!

Everything about our trip to Rome was amazing. We spent 9 days at the apartment and it was in the perfect location. We could walk everywhere and there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teenagers. There was a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, wine shop, bookstore, bakery, and many restaurants and stores within a few blocks. Benedetta was terrific and arranged a car service for us to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. The apartment had everything we needed including a small kitchen and a washing machine. We cannot wait to return to Rome and would definitely stay at this apartment again.
