This updated condo in Dunedin, FL is a 2BR/1.5BA and sleeps 6.
The Pinellas Trail is located across the street, great for walking, biking etc. Conveintely located a few miles to Main St. Downtown and waterfront park and marina. Close to bike rentals for the trail, tons of restaurants and shops, close to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island.
The property is located 3 mi "Honeymoon Island Beach", 0 mi golf course "Dunedin Stirling Links", 3 mi city "Downtown Dunedin", 1 mi supermarket "Publix", 24 mi amusement park / theme park "Busch Gardens", 0 mi , 20 mi "Tampa International".
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building, Tv.
The open plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

Very comfortable

Trolley is just across the street, so easy to get to variety of restaurants, etc. Nice shower and comfortable bed.

Clean large unit located right near the pinellas trail. Easy check in instructions with plenty of parking. Only a short distance from the causeway which was great for evening walks. Unit remained very cool during the hot Florida weather! Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect Location

This place was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be in between Palm Springs and Clearwater and it had everything we needed. The place was very clean and when I called to a question they were very quick to get back to us.

The location was fantastic and very clean and nicely decorated, only recommended is the parking lot had areas that you had to always watch your step..broken concrete and wood between pavement.

My daughter and I came to Dunedin to check out the area for my future move. Beautiful community. The place we stayed was perfectly located and easily accessible. I will use this location time and again.

Great location

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was clean and included what we needed. There were beach chairs and umbrella that we didn't use but was nice to have available. The bedrooms had white noise machines which were handy. Location was excellent. Dunedin is a cute town with restaurants downtown and a terrific farmers market on weekends. It was a 15-20 min drive to Clearwater Beach.

Great location

We have stayed at the condo once before and really enjoyed it. The location is great and so close to everything. We brought our bikes and could ride them everywhere. The condo is very clean, bed was super comfortable. You can hear cars sometimes early in the morning, but they have conveniently put little sound machines in each bedroom if needed. We will definitely stay again’

Amazing place to stay, Hidden Gem

We absolutely loved the Condo. It was all that was pictured. Very close to the beach (5-7) minutes away Very clean. Very well decorated. TV’s in all rooms. Quiet and it provided us with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach or Dunedin area. I would hands down stay here again.

So convenient to the beach

We chose this property because we wanted to be close to honeymoon beach. It was very close and easy to get to. Dunedin itself had a very cute downtown. This condo was very convenient to grocery and restaurant options as well. The property was cute, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is little sound dampening between floors and there was a lot of noise from upstairs.

First time in Dunedin

The location of this property was perfect! We stayed 3 weeks. There were a few things that need attention. Some of the doors don’t close. The vertical blinds are missing a couple of slats. There should be a little more attention to cleaning. Oven drawer and behind the couch was dirty. Overall our time in Dunedin was good.

Very close to the beach

This place is overall ok. But def NOT for 6 people, the couch is def not comfortable at all it needs to go, the place has a few things here and there that need improvement, the location is great if you dont like the big crowds and enjoy the quietness. Honneymoon island beach is just around the corner. I woul give the place a five start rating if it wasn’t for a few issues we had.

Comfortable stay

Of course-we all have different opinions. I love this place. It provided all we needed. Mainly a coffee maker : ). The places we visited were not far from this place. Clearwater beach is at least 15 to 20 minutes but not bad at all. Honeymoon beach is about 7 minutes. I didn't mind the drive. Thank you!!

we noticed it had a musty smell. Probably because of no vent in shower room. we tried to keep pocket doors open with vent after our showers. Also, one light bulb went out in master bath . Nice stay.. enjoyed stay
