Lovely, nicely appointed, clean, quiet place! everythingyou needed! Including a cute coffee station in the sitting area. It overlooks a little canal. The only thing that would make it better would be a balcony there! ☺️
There is a Publix in walking distance, but as my flight was coming in late, and I wanted a few things for the morning, I placed an Instacart order and had them leave it right at the door. ☺️.

The location was perfect for going to beaches and going to different areas like Dunedin and Clearwater. The stay was cozy and easy to find. It had everything we needed/wanted!

Nice clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, close to food stores, great restaurants. Especially enjoyed Brenda’s on the Causeway for breakfast and Frenchies for dinner. Parked in lot on causeway to watch a beautiful sunset!

Great getaway

Great spot in a beautiful little town. The place is always clean and the location is wonderful. Walking distance to the causeway and yummy food and drinks at Frenchy’s.

We needed a place to stay for 4 nights while in Dunedin and this was a lovely, cozy condo at a very reasonable price. All the amenities that we needed including fridge, microwave, nice TV, comfortable beds, and quiet location close to downtown Dunedin and very close to Honeymoon Island. Much better than paying for a hotel room! Water pressure in shower was great / AC worked great. The only very small issue was that the air filter was very dirty but there were extra ones in the HVAC closet so I replaced it / quick and easy solution. Would definitely stay here again.Mona is an excellent host and gave us many suggestions for food/drinks, and activities.I would also recommend TüKrō coffee shop for the best coffee and light breakfast/pastry. Also would recommend Wild Iris for breakfast.Pisces is great for Japanese/sushi, and cocktails, and Crown and Bull is also. great for breakfast/brunch/lunch or dinner: excellent food and drink at any time of day!

Awesome location

For the location you can’t beat the price we paid. The little town of Dunedin was super nice and friendly and only a 5 min drive. Mona was an amazing host and answered all my questions and made they check in and out.

Weekend getaway

Overall the our stay was short but glad we booked this property. I surprised my mom with a weekend getaway and we both got to relax with how easy the check in was. The host was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect little place to base out of

Such a great place to stay. Nice comfortable beds, great bathroom and water pressure. Nice towels and comfortable couch. Lots of great extras like coffee and beach chairs. The owner/manager was amazing and very attentive. There isn’t much of a view but you will enjoy the condo and it’s a great location with restaurants and Walgreens nearby. It’s also close to beaches and the cutest downtown Dunedin.

Cute and cozy

Very cute, cozy, very clean from the get go. Very short drive for grocerices (2 blocks), beach on the causeway or Honeymoon island, shopping, a Donald Ross design golf course very nearby (3 blocks)... short drive to downtown Dunedin or to Tarpon Springs sponge docks... great location to do anything and everything, quiet neighborhood.

It was a bit dirty. I needed up cleaning a bit including all of the floor boards, fronts of cupboards, etc. While the description listed a washer and dryer, it was not in the unit and did not work. The outside of the building had trash around it. It was just OK. The owner was really kind, but my guess is she hasn’t walked through the unit in some time. It needs a good cleaning.
