Casa Tzampoc est niché sur une colline surplombant les 3 volcans qui ont créé le lac Atitlan. Il est situé entre les villages mayas de Santa Catarina Palopo et San Antonio Palopo et à cÎté de deux des plus prestigieux hÎtels de charme sur le lac. Restaurants et boutiques fabuleuses pour l'artisanat local sont situés à quelques minutes de villages mayas authentiques et de la plus grande ville de Panajachel.

La maison est meublĂ©e exclusivement avec des meubles anciens et fait Ă  la main, les textiles locales, de la cĂ©ramique et de l'artisanat. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour un cuisinier gastronomique, qui peut ĂȘtre organisĂ©. L'espace intĂ©rieur est sĂ©parĂ© par un atrium et les escaliers vers les zones de chambre et salle de bains privĂ©es. Il ya des vues sur les volcans et les zones Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de chaque chambre Ă  travers de belles fenĂȘtres en acajou et des portes.

La piscine privée, nichée dans le jardin, est chauffée par des panneaux solaires et maintenu chaque jour par Nicolas, notre Houseman. La maison est magnifiquement entretenu chaque matin par Suli, notre femme de chambre.

Tous les transports et les excursions peuvent ĂȘtre organisĂ©es avec prĂ©avis.

This was a wonderful house with wonderful service. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we took advantage of the outside fireplace one evening, and woke up to incredible views of the lakes and volcanos every morning. It had everything we needed, including having the meals come to us most nights- with small kids this was a major advantage. It can feel a little secluded and the warnings of the steep driveway are no joke, but that didn’t stop us from getting out and exploring a different area each day.

Our stay at the house in Lake AtitlĂĄn was absolutely exceptional. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even more impressive in person. The home is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views are truly breathtaking and made every morning unforgettable.The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the concierge service was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend hiring the private chef, it was a wonderful experience, and we only wish we had booked him for more evenings.This home was truly a favorite of ours, and we would not hesitate to return.

It’s all about the view! Important to know if you’re not physically fit that the hill to the house is very steep & the walk to town about 15-20 minutes. You’ll need to be able to climb into the back of the pick up truck for arrival-4WD required. There's no ATM. Restaurants & groceries are very limited, you may be able to eat at the hotel next door, otherwise you’ll need to hire the cook which is quite costly nearly 400 for two dinners and two breakfasts.

Amazing Family vacation rental!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly as described, except words and pictures do not do the picturesque view justice. My children loved the private pool. Daniel, the concierge/manager, was so helpful and responsive. Teresa cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning and it was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this property.

Waking up to volcano views

Book it! Absolutely amazing place, location, service, food. Every room has a view and outdoor access. Nicolas, Daniel, Ramiro, and the cleaning lady were all top notch. Booking lanchas and tours with them were a breeze and cheaper/on par for pricing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wow

What a wonderful stay! The property has the most amazing view! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Fresh flowers, a clean everyday, pool towels. Daniel is awesome and very helpful. He will help you with anything! We loved teresa and would highly recommend getting breakfast cooked for you ! The masseuse was also fantastic.My only complaint is the maintenance man came into the property quite a bit. Sometimes six times a day. It just didn’t feel quite as private as we wanted.Book this place you won’t regret it!

Beautiful property

My husband and I have been lucky enough to stay at many beautiful properties over the years and place is at the top of the list. The grounds keeper Nico and house keeper Theresa are hard working and couldn't be nicer. Communication with the property manager was great and he set up transportation, massages and a chef prepared dinner for us, all wonderful. The driveway leading to the property is very steep. This is something to consider, but would not deter us from staying here again. Abner put us in touch with Romero who drove us here and there when we needed and his truck had no problem navigating the hill. Side note, most destinations in this area are on a steep hill because of the topography of the area.

Great place to stay (except for driveway)

First of all, the house is beautiful, and very nicely appointed. Even more impressed, the view is spectacular. The patios were spacious with plenty of seating options. The pool was very clean well kept up. The inside & outside fireplaces were already set up with wood which was a nice touch. The service is excellent. Daniel, the property mgr was very responsive and super helpful. Teresa, Ramiro and Nico were also very helpful. The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because getting up and down the driveway is treacherous. To be fair they were there to assist us, but it was still very difficult to navigate. Some more minor issues include; pans & cookware need refreshing, no pool towels, BBQ grill is on its last legs, several of the doors and windows stuck and more bathroom towels would be nice. I really don’t want to scare you away. It’s a beautiful property and very enjoyable once you get up and down the driveway. Just be aware.

Llegar a la casa en auto es casi imposible. DeberĂ­a estar escrito entre las caracterĂ­sticas de la casa para poder tomar la decisiĂłn de llegar en auto o buscar soluciĂłn. La piscina estaba sucia. El empleado que se supone ayuda en la casa no estuvo en la casa y no ayudĂł con las maletas ni nada Por ese precio creo que no recomiendo la casa.

The views of the Lake are impeccable. House was well stocked completely clean. I would highly recommend this house. I especially appreciated the concierge help for planning our lake day, shuttles to and from Lake AtitlĂĄn, this alone was very important in our trip. Relax and take in the magic of Lago AtitlĂĄn in this great spot!

Beautiful home!

We celebrated my mother’s birthday at the Lake and this home was amazing! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Whenever I had questions, the concierge Abner, was only a text away. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s stays in this area.

Amazing views and relaxing getaway.

My 5 friends and I had a wonderful week stay celebrating my birthday. The staff (Teresa, Nicolas, Milton, and Ramiro) and concierge (Daniel) were so friendly, helpful, and kind. Even though the house is a little remote, we always felt like we were a text message away from getting what we needed. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. We took advantage of the services that were provided like the traditional Guatemalan breakfast and dinner cooked by the talented chefs. The massages were euphoric and definitely worth it. We loved the cozy fireplaces both indoor and outdoor, and used them daily. I would highly recommend this gorgeous house.
