A unique place with one of the most spectacular views in the world. By staying at . a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW in lake Atitlán . penthouse vacation rental . you can enjoy:

Luxury finishes such as travertine marble covering walls and floors in bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel taps, mahogany wood floors throughout the apartment, wall-to-wall closets also made of mahogany, double anti-noise german windows that open to terraces with spectacular lake view in all areas of the apartment. The penthouse is fully equipped and furnished.
. The kitchen is perfectly furnished, equipped and with all necessary utensils, also with a balcony and view of the mountains. You will find in the kitchen fresh guatemalan coffee, tea, sugar and stevia to enjoy each morning.
. The main bedroom has a king bed that can accommodate 2 people, also a sofa bed that can accommodate another person or a child. It has 100% cotton sheets, covers and blankets, smartflex pillows with irresistibly soft fabrics. It has bedside tables with lamps, wall-to-wall mahogany closet, 45" smartTV with remote control and cable service.
. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with private jacuzzi, shower and toilet. We offer clean towels for the bath and pool, as well as soap, body lotion and shampoo. The water heater will be on at the time of check-in.
. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed that can accommodate another 2 people, additionally there is a sofa bed where another person or a child can sleep. It has 100% cotton sheets, covers and blankets, as well as smartflex pillows with irresistibly soft fabrics. It has nightstands with lamps, wall-to-wall mahogany closet and 42" smart TV with remote control and cable service.
. Guest bathroom is shared with the second bedroom, it has a shower, toilet, sink, we offer towels, soap, body lotion and shampoo.
. The living room and dining room are fully furnished and decorated, we have a small table with chairs in the window so that you can enjoy the wonderful view of the lake.

I could live here! Clean and comfortable place! Beds have great linens and pillows, showers have hot water and great pressure, kitchen is fully equipped and views are spectacular!! I highly recommend this place for location, comfort and R&R!

The penthouse is amazing with AMAZING views! Totally gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were truly AMAZING! The penthouse is in the Hotel Riveria which is GREAT! It's the only apartment on the top 17th floor. We had breakfast at the restaurant everyday, we used the pools/hot tubs, kids used trampolines and they had ping pong tables, Foosball, board games, etc. Also, there is lake access and a private dock. We had a private boat come there to pick us up and drop us off. We also had a jet ski/water tube rental come there. It's minutes by TukTuk to the main Satander strip where there is a ton of restaurants/shops/banks, etc. Silvia the host is is amazing, very responsive, she got us what we needed. Amazing host! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The views were amazing. The information provided was helpful, especially the phone numbers for the Tuk-Tuk drivers. The apartment was well appointed. We had everything we needed/expected. The biggest challenge was that early check-in arrangements were made, but the host did not provide the code to enter until 20 minutes past the time we were told we would be able to enter.
