Beautiful home, the grounds keeper was incredibly helpful. The photos dont do this plqce justice, we cannot wait to stay here again.

Everything about this house is amazing. There are multiple patios to take in the views of the lake and volcanoes, and the house has numerous full wall windows, so you are never far from that perfect view. The showers are incredible, and you can look at the volcanoes from both showers too! The house is outside of Panajachel, which means it's nice and quiet, but is also close enough that it's only a 20Q tuktuk ride into town.Felix is a great host, and Jaime is a top-notch caretaker. He hooked us up with a local tuktuk driver, Lino, who was possibly the nicest person I've ever met. I will definitely try to stay here again!

Nice house, clean, beautiful, no access to the lake

The house is beautiful and better than expected but you don’t have access to the lake to swim and you also don’t have a washer or dryer (FYI) but they let us do one load which was nice. This review honestly deserves 5 stars but I could only give it 4 because they recommended a driver named Lino and we got scammed. We agreed on a price for a ride to Hobbitenango and half way in the trip the price changed and he essentially held our luggage hostage until we paid the new price. Very unprofessional. Otherwise, everything is wonderful.

I chose Panajachel because it’s the perfect balance of accessibility and authenticity. It’s easy to reach and serves as a great starting point to explore the many unique villages around the lake. The town itself is full of life, with frequent cultural celebrations and a warm, welcoming local community. It’s a place that touches your heart and keeps calling you back.
