Luxueuse villa de 3 chambres au bord du lac avec piscine chauffée et bain à remous

Séjournez dans l'une des villas les plus belles et les plus luxueuses du lac Atitlan! Propriété privée et isolée au bord de l'eau avec une vue spectaculaire sur trois volcans mais à seulement dix minutes à pied du village animé de San Marcos. Les installations comprennent la seule piscine chauffée disponible sur le marché de la location ainsi que des jardins botaniques luxuriants, une terrasse spacieuse au bord de l'eau et une jetée privée avec échelle de natation, un grand bain à remous avec cheminée extérieure adjacente et un coin salon, plusieurs terrasses et trois étages de vérandas de vie spacieuses donnant sur le lac et s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la maison. La maison elle-même est très bien aménagée avec de belles antiquités guatémaltèques et des exemples remarquables de céramiques locales, de textiles, d'artisanat et une collection d'art exceptionnelle, y compris des œuvres de Palma, Guillermo et Maldonado parmi d'autres. Les serviettes moelleuses abondent et les draps à nombre de fils élevé complètent les matelas de haute qualité, plusieurs oreillers et les draps fins. Wifi dans toute la maison et s'étendant sur les terrasses et les piscines, satellite DIRECTV avec stations américaines et une cuisine entièrement équipée (et nous entendons "entièrement" y compris les épices et de nombreux condiments), et deux fois par semaine le nettoyage de la maison avec des services de blanchisserie en option disponibles complètent le commodités de la maison. ET nous offrons des SERVICES CONCIERGES complets - des transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Guatemala City ou d'Antigua et de la maison, des services de chef, des services d'achat de produits alimentaires, des massages sur place, des cours de langue sur place, une location de bateau quotidienne privée et la réservation d'une variété de activités autour du lac allant de l'escalade de volcans à l'équitation en passant par le parapente. Nous ne sommes peut-être pas l'alternative la moins chère autour du lac, mais il y a une raison à cela. Cette maison a tout et est conçue pour la détente et le confort. Pourquoi pas le meilleur?

Amazing Place on the Lake!

Truly amazing villa with unforgettable views and vibe. Perfect for three adults and four children. Staff was wonderful and super helpful. Also, kayaking was great and the boat taxi can drop you off at your own private dock. Great place and highly recommend! -Colby

We had a great stay here over all. The property manager was very communicative and helpful whenever we reached out. Staff was also amazing, the guys were extremely helpful and kind. Also the recommendation for the cook as well as shuttle service were great and made our planning easier. The property was beautiful and picturesque. The only negatives were the primary bedroom was closest to the main room so lots of noise and there we so many spiderwebs.

this was the most beautiful and comforting villa we have ever experienced. A rare view of lake Atitlan. The property is immaculate, the staff is overly accommodating fun and friendly, the artwork and placement of all is spectacular! The gardens are brilliant! Aaron was SO HELPFUL in arranging our transportation to and from the airport and around the lake. He also helped arrange our groceries prior to arrival and was nothing but wonderful to work with!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff was warm and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. The garden is especially lovely—we saw many birds each day, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The pool and amenities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are stunning, and access to the lake was relatively easy; we even took out kayaks, which was a highlight of our trip.The property is situated on a hill, so there are quite a few steps involved, but the scenery more than makes up for it.A few items worth noting for future guests or improvement:It would have been helpful if staff could have opened the door that leads directly to the living level when we arrived, as it would have made luggage handling much easier.The lighting on the steps leading to the entrance could be improved. Unfortunately, I missed a step one evening and ended up spraining my ankle.The upstairs bedroom does experience noticeable road noise, which light sleepers may want to keep in mind.We tried a private chef recommended by the property manager. While her daily rates were reasonable, grocery items were significantly marked up, and in hindsight we would have been better off dining in town. She didnt even know how to brew coffee.Overall, this is a beautiful property with excellent amenities, friendly staff, and unforgettable views. With a few small improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

Heaven on the lake

Blaine and Stephanie’s home on the lake is just beautiful ! We enjoyed our short stay with family for three nights. House had all the needed utensils and amenities where you didn’t feel like you needed to leave. Although the town is a short tuk tuk ride up the hill and has some cute bakeries and places to eat. Overall a great stay and they help organize excursions and rides too ! Elisio was fantastic host

We really enjoyed our stay! Edgar the concierge was very attentive and helpful. The house is enormous for the four of us and the grounds, Polk and hot tube are just beautiful! The only negative is the dogs barking all night.

Beautiful stay

Blaine's house is absolute oasis. We loved hanging out in the heated pool and hot tub and Aaron helped arrange for private transfers all around Lake Atitlan which we loved exploring. San Marcos is the closest town and has limited restaurants/shopping. I would recommend stocking up on groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house... would love to get to stay here again!

Had an amazing weekend getaway with the family in this hidden gem in Guatemala. The house is beautiful and the scenery is exceptional. The groundskeepers are great guys, Jose and Edgar made us feel right at home. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect for group trips!

Great home base for our group of 6 friends who were looking to explore, unwind and have a good time together! We stayed for 5 days and found ourselves choosing to stay on the property cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen our lounging by the pool. I personally enjoyed the access to kayaks to go on morning trips around the Lake. Really appreciated the attention from the property manager and on-site concierges—they were excellent! Highly recommend this place if you’re coming in a large group, there’s fun around for everyone of all ages .

it's an amazing home with views for days, we love this home. the check in process could be faster, there are multiple people involved and it's a bit confusing at times who to speak to abaout what. don't get the in house cook as pricing is not provided, even in ranges. i was surprised about how much food was costing us, when i tried to cancel she told me she had already bought the food, which is odd because she couldn't tell me how much it would cost. I reported an accident, when the hammock broke in the porch and host was un-responsive but the local care-taker told us he was aware that my son fell and hurt his back. a bit of a mixed bag, but the house itself is amazing.

Amazing girls trip!!

This beautiful property checked off all of the boxes for a recent girls trip. The grounds of the home are jaw dropping and the home itself is gorgeous. We felt very safe at all times, thanks to Emilio and Edgard. We had a lovely experience. I highly recommend.

The property was amazing!! The views, the house, the lake, and the temperatures along with the Guatemalan people make for a trip to die for. I will definitely be back someday. My kids loved it as well. The most beautiful lake you will ever see surrounded by three volcanoes and 7 Mayan villages accessible by public boat on a daily basis.

Magical lake experience

Spectacular views, fabulous home and tranquil gardens. We found ourselves waking up with the first signs of light. No sleeping in because every moment was an experience we wanted to savor. Definitely want to visit again.

Perfect Lake Atitlan home base

We went to Guatemala with our family of 3 young children (9, 5, 2), my mother, and my sister and her husband. This place was absolutely perfect. We could easily walk to town to explore and take lanchas (boats) to the other towns around the lake. Walking to town was a 10 minute uphill climb but very doable, or hire a tuk tuk!There is always one staff member staying on the property and they were SO helpful. Theyd warm the hot tub/pool when you asked, theyd start fires in the beautiful fireplace by the hot tub. Theyd call tuk tuks for you, and just take care of the grounds in general. We always felt so safe and taken care of! We hired their chef Carmen for a day, and she was fantastic. Highly recommend. It felt like a dream waking up to the amazing view of lake atitlan every morning. We couldnt take enough pictures! Dont hesitate on this place! Its amazing and you wont be disapointed!

Nice, but..

The propertywas very nice. The views were beautiful. The caretaker was very helpful. Unfortunately, neighborhood dogs barked half the night and there was a lot of road noise (bedrooms are adjacent to road). I recommend the property, but bring your earplugs for sleeping.

Most amazing place!!!!

Wow!!! This place was incredible. The views!!! It was the most perfect location with the most perfect views of the lake and volcanoes. The staff on property were soooo attentive and amazing. The house was so perfect and had everything we needed. Aaron setup all of our transport, tours, chef, and everything. He was incredible always checking in and making sure everything was going great. If you are planning on visiting the lake, I recommend staying here 100%!!! We cannot wait to be back!!!!

Amazing property

Breathtaking views from the villa! Wonderfully appointed and decorated with lovely antiques and art. The only disappointment was last minute notice that the chef services we requested were not available so it was difficult to get food to the house for 7 people — nearest full grocery is in Pana and since it was new years restaurants were booked or closed. The on site caretakers (Edgar, Elisio, and Mariano) were amazing! …So kind and helpful. Edgar’s wife even made us homemade tamales for New Year’s Eve in leu of the chef. We are very grateful for that gesture! We took great tours through WE Travel (Domingo is the best guide ever) and the ATV tour through Simoon via viator was awesome. Would definitely return to this property
