Beautiful location. Property is well maintained. Pool was very clean. Ocean was like an aquarium. Crystal clear, you can see the fishes swimming at your feet. I highly recommend and will be back again.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept on, and the views from the balcony were spectacular! We will definitely be back!

Property is nice for the priceCondo could use some updates but overall it was clean and worked fine for the 2 of us.Only problem with sunbird is there is homeless people sleeping on the beach he didn't bother us but seeing the poor guy makes ya sad

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was spacious and amazing. The view of the beach from the balcony was simply beautiful.

The floors were not clean. Be sure to wear your shoes everywhere. The AC did not work most of our stay and made our trip miserable. Emerald beach properties provided great customer service. The view was great though. The beach was awesome.

Property was great with a great view. Property mgr was great to work with. Only draw back was the air stopped working every day around same time so i had to cut the fuse box switch to the ac off every evening for about 10 minutes for it to start working properly again.

This room is absolutely beautiful! The yellow bedroom instantly brings happiness and the view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking! You can see all the way down the coast. The coastal themed quilt and bed were so comfy! I can hardly sleep on any condo/hotel bed and I have slept like a baby the last few nights. Nice condo with a clean room and a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach, gates and doors were easy to get in and out of. Our favorite place we have stayed at and we usually stay at the Hampton in PCB. We will continue booking this unit every time we come if available! 10/10

Beautiful sunsets

The only issue with our vacation was the cooling system. We moved to another unit and enjoyed the remainder of our vacation. The manager was helpful and resolved the problem. The area is beautiful and the view from our unit was amazing. I would love to visit this place again.

What an enjoyable week in 908E Sunbird! It met and surpassed all expectations. Very tasteful decor, clean and so comfortable. Just what we needed. Would be happy to return to this condo in 2025!

Great location

The condo was nice. The bathroom sink was clogged. The Ac unit would not cool, if it had been extremely hot I would have been seriously upset. The bed was comfy, had adequate supplies needed. Would stay again as long as AC unit is fixed and sink is unstopped.

We ended up NOT staying here. Upon arrival, we found two portable air conditioners. One in the living area, one in the bedroom. They were loud and poorly installed. One totally made one of the balcony doors unusable. The one in the bedroom was through the window and poorly sealed. There was no way they would be able to keep the place cool.We did, however, contact the property manager and were fortunate to get Shanay to help us get everything worked out.

Didn't get an excellent because of the air conditioning being broken. There were two portable ac units that were very noisy and didn't keep the condo cool.
