With white stucco, a private pool, a carriage house, and over 800 square feet of outdoor space, there is plenty of privacy and space to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.

The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. The chef's kitchen has premium, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island with marble countertops, and seating for 12 at the bar and dining table. French doors open up to a sprawling balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, providing soft sunlight and a bed swing for the perfect spot to read a book or sip coffee in the morning.
