Enjoy this family friendly beach house in a great location, minutes from both bay and ocean beaches, restaurants and shopping. Featuring a fenced in backyard, with a brand new inground heated salt water pool, al fresco dining and gas grill. The home has a nautical theme with cathedral ceilings, newly updated floors & interior. This vacation rental includes an Eat In Kitchen, Living room with separate work space, den with lots of comfortable seating & a large TV and games! Your group is sure to make memories that will last a lifetime!

The House Layout:
First Floor: Living room with designated work station, renovated master bedroom, full bath, fully equipped eat- in-kitchen, den with a pull out sofa and a 55 inch TV w/ Roku, Also available are games (kids and adults), PS4 , books.
Second Floor: Three additional guest bedrooms each with its own A/C and TV w/ Roku; full bath.
Garage: Two car garage/ Rec Room with Ping Pong Table
Backyard is fenced in and has a large dining table, with additional outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit. and brand new heated salt water pool.

If you want to get into the water, borrow some of the provided accessories from the garage, travel across the bridge, and hit the sand at Ponquogue Beach less than three miles away or at the bay beaches less than two miles away- both are an easy drive or bike ride. After you're done with the beach, hit one of the local restaurants for a cocktail and sunset diner. Some great local dining options include Rumba, Canal Cafe, Cowfish, and Tully's. Nearby Southampton offers more fine dining, shopping and family friendly activities like mini golf.
