Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property, Easy check in/out process, spacious. Unit was very comfortable and clean for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. We prepared a lot of our own meals during our stay so would have liked to see the kitchen better stocked but we made do with what was available. Reviews mentioned road noise from main street but it wasn't an issue for us as it was winter time and we kept the windows closed.

A great Condo in a great location

This was a fantastic condo with ample space and great access to the lifts. The staff was very friendly and the hot tub was great.

Comfortable condo and great location

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The amenities were fantastic, with everything from a well-equipped kitchen to a relaxing pool area. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to downtown Main Street, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore and enjoy all that downtown has to offer!

Great Location!

The whole experience was fantastic. The unit is very well taken care of and was more than comfortable for a family of four. Underground parking easy and appreciated. Location is absolutely perfect for both mountain and town. The local Vacasa team was beyond helpful and courteous. Would definitely repeat.

Great location! Comfortable and cozy.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the location of this ski condo. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious for condo size and fireplace was awesome! Having access to the pool, fitness facility and multiple hot tubs was great as was underground parking. Very clean when we arrived. A few minor maintenance issues (a hook that fell off the coat rack; towel ring that fell out of its wall holder) but nothing major.

Spring Break

The place looks just like the pictures—beautiful! I believe there was a previous review about noise from Main Street—not at all the case—we couldn’t hear that at all. The location was perfect—we were in the middle of Breck, near several restaurants—loved Michael’s Italian. Rent from Charter Sports in Marriott. They kept all our equipment overnight and were so nice and helpful! We would take a few minute walk there each morning, then take the short bridge over Maggie Pond to Quicksilver lift—perfect! We had a hot tub right outside our building. We loved our visit! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Great location.

The apartment was really comfortable and the location was great (possibly too close to the center - as you actually can see and sometimes hear the main street's traffic!). The apartment really is nice and has all the amenities that we needed. One small problem was that the TV had virtually NO channels to watch (this was during the olympics and didn't even have NBC) - and when we called the front desk, they said that this was not something that they could help with since the apartments are independently owned and TV subscription is "up to the owner". This was a little weird and certainly unexpected (we have never encountered this in any other place we have stayed) - but not horrible.

Great location

The unit was in a very nice building with a great location just off Main Street . The unit was in very good condition . The guest bedroom had 2 comfortable twin beds . The master had a king that was very firm . I’m more medium to firm so not to my liking. TV’s worked but the main room TV is small for a main room. There was no way to access Netflix or Amazon unless on a personal device like a phone or laptop. There was Direct TV however there were no channels available. Very strange.

Great condo, great view, some traffic noise

Lovely condo, well furnished and pretty view of creek outside the balcony. Being right near Main street made it a very convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the master bedroom windows face Main street and despite the burbling creek outside the window, you can hear all of Main street traffic noise. It wasn't a big deal during the day and it quieted down around 10pm each night, but it started back up around 6:30am each morning. If you are an early riser, you may not mind it, however we would have liked to sleep in during vacation but never could, even with the windows closed. I would definitely stay in the wonderful condo complex again, but this time would choose a unit closer to the center of the complex instead of near the street.

Very nice with a few details needing addressing.

Location was great. Condo was very nice with comfortable beds. Some lights were burned out in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was cold. No thermostat in that room. The TV remote did not work and you had to change the channel by the main box. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful place

Absolutely gorgeous condo in a perfect location as well as a very pretty view of woods. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The only negative was the internet got a bit spotty at times. We are looking forward to renting this property again.
