Stately and elegant in its design and decor, this Main Street Station condo has been gorgeously remodeled from top to bottom, providing a one-of-a-kind home base for your all-seasons adventures in Breckenridge. You'll be a short stroll from the Peak 9 base area at Breckenridge Ski Resort and the bustling shops and restaurants that line historic Main Street.

This luxurious space features a number of stunning upgrades, including hand-laid hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a gorgeous kitchen full of richly hued wood and tile. Come home each afternoon to a balcony with incredible mountain views, a cozy gas fireplace to curl up next to, and on-site shared amenities that include several hot tubs, a large outdoor pool, and a fitness center.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good Place

The condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay and was very accommodating. Also, the location is perfect for skiing with the ski valet and then just a short walk to the ski lift.

Great location

Great location and quick walk to peak 9! Overall great stay. The dryer didn’t work well- it would make a very loud shaking noise every minute and we were not able to fully dry our clothes but otherwise great stay!

Great Location to Lifts and Main Street

Second time to Breck, and we love this location. Close to Quicksilver lift and downtown to the shops and restaurants. Great unit, but the dryer was very loud and the unit has some sounds that woke us up at night. Otherwise, it was great and despite the noises we would choose to stay here again!!!

Great Main Street Station 2 bedroom / 3 full bath

Great views of Breck Peak 9 from the living room/dining area. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Wood trim/accents throughout give an upgraded mountain condo feel. Easy assess to Main Street shopping/restaurants. Easy walk to Christy’s rentals and Quicksilver lift!!!

Great Location and nice stay

It was great location and very peaceful only downside is the elevator was being repaired and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs a lot. Not a big deal but we did not realize we were on top floor. Staff was great at desk..

Nice location but nothing ever gets updated or properly maintained and the staff doesn’t seem to care. Why does Vacasa not want to manage the condo in a first class manner.

Fairly disappointed

I have stayed at the Main Street complex 7 times. Unfortunately this unit and building were lacking. I would not stay here again. Issues we had, 1. gust room window would not fully close. The window opener was stripped. Not a big deal the first couple of nights but the last night was really cold and the room was cold!2. Water faucet leaked in that bathroom. When warm water was turned on it sprayed the mirror3. Face of baseboard heaters were half off4. Drawers were broken, no place to put clothes5 furniture old and stained and springs were felt when you sit6 same with table chairs, bottoms blown out and no supportThis is the first stay here where things were not up to par. Would not go back

Unit is in need of repairs

This unit is in need of new carpet and furniture. There is tape holding the carpet together in the bedroom, stained carpet in the master bedroom, and holes in the carpet in the living room. Prior to arrival I was informed of the sofa bed being broken, but due to Covid they said it will take a few months to get a new one. Multiple light fixtures need repairs. The master bathroom shower leaks, and the tub has a part that is broken. I recommend you verify all these repairs have been make prior to renting this unit. These repairs should have all been completed in the off season.

Great Location / Tired Condo Complex

We stayed in Breck for my wife’s post ACL surgery. The location was great as PT was just down the elevator. Great location for winter as well as it is a short walk to the base lift. However, on day 1 which was my wife’s surgery day, the elevator was broken. They only have one elevator. The front desk was of no help regarding alternatives as they were not authorized to make any decisions. They just gave me a phone number to call. After explaining our situation and waiting about 15-20 min the representative on the phone said he could only create a ticket to get alternatives for us. He started he would call back when he had options. We never received a call back. Ever. My wife had to hop up the stairs still under pain killers and anesthesia the staff of Vacasa was not helpful in any way. Within the condo, many drawers were broken. The windows are old/warped and would not close well. The beds were extremely creaky. Dishes and pans were a mix of misfits. The dishwasher drawer came off the track every time. No real luggage cart for moving in/out. Kitchen did not have a lot of storage for food. Washer/dryer were great. Plenty of towels.

Good location but unit in really rough shape.

Previous reviews are pretty accurate. Location is great but the unit is in really rough shape. It’s a shame really as the unit has a ton of potential. Our experience matches previous reviews. The rug in the living area is extremely dirty, destroyed, and really detracts from the space. Appliances are cheap although in decent working condition. Master bedroom comforter is very old and blood stained. Lots of burned out and/or missing light bulbs as others have mentioned. The unit is dog friendly which will certainly appeal to some, however for those with pet allergies you might want to skip this unit. My allergies definitely kicked in pretty bad the first day but were controlled by meds and it turned out to be no big deal. This is just a classic ski condo that has been beat to heck for years. Some might be cool with that as you can’t really beat it up any worse. All that said, the layout is nice and we enjoyed having plenty of space for four. The view of the mountain is great. Location is convenient and we enjoyed the ski valet, pool, and hot tubs. I would not stay in this unit again. I would however consider a better maintained unit in the newer buildings nearby.

Location, location, location!

This place was so cozy and clean snd could not have been in a better spot for all of our adventures! Right at the base of peak 9, making resort access a breeze, on the main strip for all of our shopping needs and directly across the street from Breck brewing. This condo was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway.

Wonderful Location

This is centrally located to everything. The unit was clean and perfect for our vacation. The only complaint we have is the elevator was broken the whole stay and we were on the 4th floor. Other then that we have no complaints and we will definitely be back to visit.

Great Stay in Breck!

This condo was clean and perfectly placed right off Main Street. We did not have any issues checking in or parking. The unit was well kept. The hot tub and heated outdoor pool were great for the kids. We certainly would stay here again.

Perfect spot to be

This was right in the middle of everything and so convenient to pop downstairs and be in the middle of lots of things. We happened on a weekend with an art festival and a farmers market and were so excited to look down from the place onto it all. The only complaint we had, was how warm it was. We knew there wasn’t any AC, as like most places in Breck, but it was very warm in the larger bedroom and main area. The sun was directly shining in. We are from Florida, and we weren’t quite used to the no ac thing, but again, just our own preference. Also it was a bit of a heat wave when we were there. Don’t let that stop you, the place was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay again.
