Welcome to Sunkissed By The Sea! This home Sleeps 8 adults when including sofa bed and has one crib for infant/toddler. Located on the quiet east end of Holden Beach, this home offers spectacular views of the ocean, dunes and inlet. A variety of porches and an upper deck, “catwalk” invite you to relax and take in the scenery surrounding this lovely home, sitting high among the palms. Convenient beach access is just a short walk up Dunescape Drive to the short dune crossing (15-30 second walk). This unique 2nd row home offers better views than some homes that are directly oceanfront! This bright and modern property welcomes you with gleaming hardwood flooring in a large first level living & gathering area featuring a large window seat overlooking the Atlantic. On this floor you will find a pull out Queen size sleeper sofa located in the living area. Also, on this level you will find two nicely appointed bedrooms, ceramic tile bath and full laundry room. The inverted floor plan provides an additional upper level living room, breakfast area and well laid out kitchen with counter seating and convenient half bath. French doors lead to a ocean side porch perfect for sipping your morning beverage. ELEVATOR available with $250 security deposit. The master suite on the upper level provides a luxurious and peaceful retreat, with higher end furnishings and bedding. Private access door to the covered wrap around deck, and a huge private bath with double sinks, walk in closet, tiled shower and private Jacuzzi tub rounds out the master quarters. Under the house, you will find a private outdoor shower and storage area. You will also find a twin size porch swing/bed to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. This home sits on a perfectly peaceful location, but close to restaurants, bars, shops and water sports! You will appreciate this peaceful area of Holden Beach, within a short beach stroll to the point at the Lockwood Folly Inlet.

Our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location! Fully stocked kitchen and beach items to use (chairs, games, toys, etc). Very clean and excellent communication with the property manager!

Owner was great. This house is almost beach front. We had a shorter walk to the beach then several of the beach front homes beside us. House was clean and checking in was easy. We would stay here again.

Title: Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family We had a fantastic stay at Sunkissed by the Sea! The home was beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches—it felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It had everything we needed: kitchen essentials, beach towels, sand chairs, and even sand toys, which our granddaughter absolutely loved.The outdoor shower was a great bonus after sandy beach days, and the ocean views were breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax and make memories as a family.Brittney was a 5-star hostess—her communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.We’re already talking about coming back. Sunkissed by the Sea is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and family-friendly beach retreat!

I was very impressed from the property owner to the property itself. The house theme was amazing and the house itself has everything we could think of. Situated where we could do day trips, fish and still hot the beach. Loved it!!

My family and I had a great 4th of July weekend here. The house and views were spectacular. Brittney (host) was more than welcoming and available at all times if we needed anything. This portion of the beach is flat and perfect for kids to play in the waves all day long. We look forward to returning!

Excellent Family Spot and Superb Cleanliness!

My husband and I came with our 2 children (9 and 6) and could not have been more pleased! It has a wonderful view from the crows nest and we were surprised at how much of the ocean and beach we could see from the porch, as well! A super short walk to the public access made for on and off beach trips easy and painless. Communication with the host was quick, efficient, kind and super helpful. The home is decorated in a way that makes you feel like you’re truly a close guest of the owner instead of a more streamline situation. It felt like home. We recommend this place 10/10!

Spacious, beautiful, few steps to the beach

We had an amazing stay at the Sunkissed by the sea beach house in Holden Beach! The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the location – it’s just a half-minute walk to the ocean! We loved how easy it was to enjoy the beach anytime we wanted. Whether it was a morning walk or an evening sunset, the convenience was unbeatable. Additionally, our hostess Brittaney was fantastic. She was fast to respond, making the transaction easy and stress-free. Her friendly and detail-oriented approach made us feel very welcome. Overall, this beach house provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Summer stay at Sunkissed By The Sea

My group and I, 8 friends who have been friends since high school, did our annual reunion at Holden Beach and stayed at this property. This property met every single one of our needs! There was plenty of parking space for our group who had multiple cars since we all were coming from different places. There was plenty of bedroom space and the listing was very accurate regarding the number of people the house sleeps. Our group loved the wrap around porches and the top deck at the top of the house that provided beautiful 360 degree views. The house is considered second row, but the walk to the beach is no more than 30 seconds - closer than some front row houses at other beaches! Communication with Layton and her daughter, Brittney, was seamless the whole time leading up to our stay and during our stay. Can’t say anything but nice things about this location and hope to be back at this exact location in the future! Thank you for everything and providing such a lovely home for our group!
