2-bedroom, 1-bath condo overlooking Provincetown Harbor. Direct beach access. Spectacular luxurious contemporary waterfront home with panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Harbor and Long Point Lighthouse. The 200 sq. foot deck is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise or a lazy afternoon cocktail. The are 2 ample bedrooms with King size beds with large closets and the master, with a Juliet balcony, overlooks the Bay. Wake to the sound of the gentle waves. The home features a tiled bath with spa shower, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, maple floors throughout, gas fireplace, in-home laundry, propane heat and central AC and private steps to the beach. Rental parking available upon request for an additional $100 fee. Cleaning fee is $200.

Excellent location and the perfect long weekend!

Front the moment we walked in, until the minute it was time to leave we loved this property. Perfect location, quick walk to coffee every morning, loved watching the sunrise on the balcony too! Easy to get to all the best restaurants and shopping, Can't wait to book again!

We had an absolute wonderful time. The property was spotless. The view was unbelievable. Everything from the view, to the awesome bathroom, to the comfortable beds and the outdoor space spoiled us for any other property. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding, cozy, waterfront stay

This home is perfectly and centrally located in the heart of Ptown. Brew, like the delicious cold brew form KoHi, are just down the street that you can enjoy with the waterfront vistas on the stunning second floor patio, watching the sun rise or fog rolling in. It's also comfortable and cozy, both bed rooms are terrific. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a shower that you could be tempted to spend your whole trip in. The kitchen was also large and very amenable to cooking. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and ties the whole condo together. And finally, the unit has all of the amenities (e.g., washer and dryer) that you could need to make your trip smooth, special, and one that you will remember for years to come!

Lovely unit and great location. Close enough to walk to anything but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Our second stay at this property. We never want to leave, but know that we’ll be back!

Just Like The Photos But With More Ambience!

Property was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. You cannot get closer to the dog-friendly beach, the water, and the top of Commercial Street. The reserved parking space is just one block away and easy to find if you arrive in daylight. There is so much to do, see, and eat within walking distance that we didn't get back in the car until we left for home. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others and hope to return someday. It is truly a stunning property. A few things to keep in mind: (1) There is a pool club very close by that hosts an outdoor happy hour every day from 4-7 PM with loud music and lots of attendees. From our perspective this made for great people-watching. (2) The beds are very low to the floor, so much so that we considered not sleeping in the master bedroom with the gorgeous view, however the other bed was almost as low. The beds were okay once you got in but I had to roll out every morning because I could not stand from a sitting position when my hips were below my knees. (3) A primer for operating the A/C would have been helpful. Even my tech wiz son and his girlfriend could not change the settings when we wanted to. Despite this, I chose not to contact the owner because it was not a big deal the week we were there.

House on the Beach

Three of us stayed in the condo for Carnival week. We all loved the place. Very clean and up to date. Stocked with everything you could expect and great location. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Harbor views!

We stayed at this home the week leading up to July 4th. The pictures set our expectations well. The main space has the kitchen, living, and dining areas. One bedroom has a Juliet balcony with a view of the water. The other bedroom is in the back of the unit. The location is easy and convenient.

Stayed here with my Dad & Step Mom for my Step Mom’s bday in Sept. The location is everything, the condo was immaculate and did I mention THE ViEW? Just purchased a property down the street but I will surely send my overflow guests to this condo!
