This is a newly remodeled condo. Step in shower in master bedroom. Tub/shower in 2nd bathroom. View of beach from bedroom and living room.Fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy. End unit on 8th floor. Come with washer and dryer. Lookout directly on beach enjoy coffee in the morning watching the marine life!
I love Regency Towers so much we ended up purchasing another.. Parking fee 40.00 per car per stay

The condo was great and so clean. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Plenty of parking available and 24/7 security at the gates. Easy and quick correspondence with the owner. Will be back!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Lynn was so easy to work with and very accommodating helping us add an extra day to our stay. We had everything we needed and the condo is very comfortable. Will definitely stay with Lynn again.

This was our second time in this unit and we absolutely love it. We love having beach Service. Anytime I’ve needed to reach out to the host I have been contacted very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We went to the condo and discovered workers cutting the concrete at the front door. This unit bordered a section of the property that was undergoing construction. The owner was very responsive and said that they didn’t tell her they were doing construction at her unit. But they were also doing construction a few feet away, which I think should have been disclosed. We ended up scrambling and spending more money to find a last minute rental. We did receive a full refund, but did not receive an I’m sorry from the owner.

I really enjoyed my vacation here! Communication with the hosts was clear and easy- they are so kind. Checkin was easy, the location was convenient and the unit is exactly as the pictures look. It was clean and I cannot say enough good things. The hosts have thought of everything

We have stayed at RT before but never with a view of the beach. Perfect view! We loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. This was the perfect time of year as we had great weather. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or small family.

Just relaxing at PCB

Wonderful place right on PCB with amazing views of the gulf. This relaxing getaway has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We appreciated the end unit with its beach/sea decorated rooms and privacy. Host was responsive to questions/concerns, prior to and during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
