Spacious 1890 colonial in the quiet, up and coming, Saratoga West Side. It’s a 5 minute walk to Broadway Downtown. The Racetrack is ONLY 1 mile away! This 3-story home was 100% remodeled in 2018 and boasts all the old Saratoga charm, with all the comforts of a new build. The main level features an open kitchen to large dining room, a cozy living room, bath and laundry room. On the second level there are three bedrooms and two full baths. On the third level is the 4th bedroom. Outside is a large patio and fenced backyard.

Very nice home, convenient location to downtown and racetrack. Four bedrooms was perfect for 5 adults 2 young children. Easy check in/out. Any questions during stay promptly responded by owner.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and stores. Kitchen well stocked - comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Nice outside area and easy access to the house. Overall a very pleasant vacation for our growing family!

Golf and Ponies

Just returned from Saratoga Springs. We had the best time. What a great place and great town. Played golf, went to the track, and stayed at this great property. Host was great to work with. We're already talking about a return trip.

Extremely clean, walking distance to downtown

Couldn’t ask for more with this property, we were able to walk to all the restaurants on the main strip, a short cab ride to the track, and the house was immaculate. I would hope this place was available on my next trip to Saratoga.

Comfortable, well-appointed and perfectly located!

Tim’s property was the perfect base for our long weekend in Saratoga Springs. Walking distance to the best of Downtown. Very comfortably furnished - enormous well-equipped kitchen. Internet and streaming worked well. So handy to have a washer/dryer. Lovely backyard and patio. Absolutely would rent this spacious, clean, comfortable home again.

The home is close to all the places you’re looking for in Saratoga Springs - the track, restaurants & nightlife. We warmly welcome anyone who will appreciate and respect our home as much as we do.
