House is beautiful and located in a newer neighborhood. It was in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything you might need. Plenty of space for 3 adults and a child. Happy it was pet friendly since my elderly dog travels with me.

The house was extremely clean and the host was very easy to contact and communicated all instructions very well. I would stay there again!

Brand new, beautiful home, in a nice neighborhood. We rented this home while attending the Drake relays. It was 20 minutes from campus. It worked great for us. Also close to shopping and restaurants.

The home is clean & in a nice location. The cord to the router was faulty so there was no wi-Fi internet connection until we used our own adapter cord. The owner has the ability to control the thermostat . There were no minimal pantry items for cooking. No basics like salt pepper cooking oil etc. A gas grill was provided as we requested but there was no propane tank.

Great location

New house in new neighborhood. Plenty of room for the five of us. Great location close to dining and grocery’s. 25 minutes to airport. Some minor supply and WiFi issues that were quickly resolved by the owners. Owners were very kind.

We came in to a dirty home. The linens from the previous guests were piled on the floor, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The description of the house was incorrect too. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one downstairs. Good news - they did send someone over to clean, but by the time they were finally over they had to work around my family trying to make dinner.The owners were great in that they let us check out a day early - however, they sent the cleaning crew in before the scheduled check out time. Again cleaning while my family was there. In all of this we have asked for our service fee to be refunded. As of now nothing is resolved. I will add to this post pending resolution.

Brand new place very nice, not quite ready, no towel bars and toilet paper holders in bathroom. No toilet cleaners available on property. A BBQ would be a nice addition, kitchen pans are limited.

Check in easy. Dishes were still in dishwasher. We did not use any dishes. Wi-Fi easy access. It seems they could step it up with just a few amenities, like Kleenex in the bathrooms, towel bars to hang up bath towels, & toilet paper holders, starter pkg of coffee. We made up the bed in the basement. Spiders down there. Would suggest spraying. Location worked for what we were doing.
