Point Pleasant is a hillside property, and access to most accommodations requires stairs.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the property is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to help keep guest accommodations and essential property services operating during outages, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and essential operations.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance.
