Iconic oceanfront Venetian Court, located in the heart of Capitola Village!



The Space:

The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation!



This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio.  There is NO full kitchen in this unit.  There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer.   This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.



Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking.



A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay.



There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.

We had the best weekend in this cozy little cottage. It's an end unit and a GREAT location... Lots of room outside to set up chairs and watch the sunset. It has all the amenities you could want. Booking was easy and communication was outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location of this cute cozy beach house was perfect , we walked everywhere, to the best restaurants and shops..The high level of responsiveness of the management was so impressive, getting back to us within minutes of our questions. The place itself was a beautiful beach house , very well decorated, clean and updated.

Perfect location

Location is everything and this place was perfect. It has everything but a kitchen sink (really) Bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but functional. We felt completely at home here. Looking forward to coming again.

Great location

Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there.
