Charming Capitola Beach Cottage located on Lawn Way in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps from the Capitola Beach, restaurants, wine bars and cute shops. Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

We stayed on historic Lawn Way for a long weekend. The location was perfect. The owner was also responsive and got right back with us if had we had any questions. I would highly recommend the cottage. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Can’t beat the location!

Our family loves Capitola! The Lawn House was just as described and you can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. This would be a great spot for a couple. Highly recommend!

This was a great rental for my stay in Capitola. It is a small cottage, so perfect for 1-2 people. The rental was very clean and tidy, the location is fantastic (just steps from the beach), communication with the property owner was easy and timely, the bed was very comfortable. The only downside to this rental is the very small shower. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental property.

Wonderful Capitola Stay

Wonderful stay booked last minute for a post wedding celebration. The accommodations were perfect, very clean with thoughtful touches through out. The location was simply perfect, an ideal location central to all of Capitola. Everything was walkable within a short block or two to shops restaurants and beach. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone.
