Enjoy this two-bedroom, 1 and half bath newly remodeled Seaside Condo!

Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you to store items during your stay, however, you will not be able to drive your car into the garage.

Please Note: The City of Capitola is currently repairing the Wharf that was caused during the storms. The repairs/renovations are out on the wharf, over 200 yards away. There may be some construction noise from trucks driving in the parking lot below condo during the week from the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday thru Friday. The noticeable impact is that the lot below is no longer used for parking, but is used for staging construction materials and equipment. With this in mind, the city has provided an orange construction permit for our guests to use during your stay. You are allowed to park in any spot within the village or in the construction cone area that is blocked off on Wharf road. This project is projected to be completed by the summer of 2024.

Importantly, while the staging area is right below the condo, the condo is newly remodeled and the ocean views are still outstanding.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Capitola Beach and Monterey Bay, while Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Roaring Camp Railroads are popular area attractions. Lovely, clean property in a GREAT location!
This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.

The property and location was stunning. Beautiful views and easy access to experience all that Capitola has to offer. The property hosts are excellent and make the trip and overall experience effortless and comfortable. I would absolutely book this property again. Thank you again for this great experience.

Wonderful View!!
We’ll appointed and extremely clean condo. The view is excellent even though they are working on the Wharf and there is construction equipment all around. Easy access to the beach.

Perfect beachfront condo in all the ways!!
My family of 4 (parents plus a teen and pre-teen) stayed here for Columbus Day weekend. I have too many good things to say about this place! First, the property looked exactly as described and as indicated in the photos. The decor and the feel of the entire condo was light, airy, and beautiful. It was clear the Owners put some thought into the feel they wanted for the space and the colors, decor and little touches were so welcoming and put us all in a beach state of mind! Second, the condo is extremely spacious! Our family all had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy when needed. My husband is a snorer and was able to sleep in the living room without bothering any of us or our slumber! The bedroom sizes are extremely generous, as well, and the dressers and closets were huge - far more than what we needed for a few days. The beds were super comfy, linens were soft, and there were ample pillows and blankets to go around. Third, the bathrooms are well appointed and brand/spanking new. Everything functioned perfectly and other than a missing shower curtain (which the Owner immediately addressed) the bathrooms were awesome. I also can’t emphasize how helpful it was to have that extra half bath! With four people, operating with one bathroom can be challenging but this was perfect. Fourth, the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with tons of glasses, dishes, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were flavored waters in the fridge and a nice bottle of wi
