Cette magnifique maison dans la station balnéaire pittoresque de Capitola vous rappellera d'être dans un petit village en Italie. Marque nouveau lit Queen dans une chambre à coucher et un double super confortable dans la 2ème chambre. Canapé-lit avec une épaisseur de plateau-coussin dans le salon peut accueillir deux personnes.

Il a sa propre embarcadère avec vos propres kayaks et un canot à utiliser à votre guise. Ou vous pouvez poser sur le pont et donnent sur la belle Soquel Creek et observer la nature.

Promenez-vous à la plage et profiter du surf et le soleil.

BBQ sur la terrasse et regarder les canards serpentent par en sirotant un verre de vin à partir de l'un des vignobles locaux. Ou tout simplement se détendre et lire votre livre préféré sur l'intimité de votre propre deck.

Les environs verdoyants sont à couper le souffle. Si vous vous sentez l'envie de faire du shopping ou au restaurant, le centre-ville et Espanade sont seulement une rivière à deux minutes à pied.

The location of this property is what made it so special. It is right on the River and has a peaceful deck to sit and watch the birds and paddle boarders. The distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and mini store is a short walk, along a tranquil path of riverside cottages. I enjoyed walking the dog everywhere and sitting on a bench at the beach to watch whales and dolphins.The decor, furnishings and art were very nice. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen was great.I would definitely stay here again if I return to Capitola!

This is one of the special places in Capitola. It's an easy walk to the downtown area and beach but better still is the unit itself. You are right on the water and away from the noise and traffic. We, including (Molly) our golden retriever, were very happy with our five day stay. Sitting on the deck watching the river and talking to the people with their dogs strolling past was very relaxing. The unit was clean and modern with easy parking right in front. Over the years we have stayed in many places in the downtown area of Capitola and this one was for sure the best! We are already thinking about a return trip.

This is a beautiful property with great functionality and amenities. Climb aboard the boats for an exceptional experience!Right by downtown and walkable to beaches or the grocery store. And the host provided a really nice sampling of nearby activities.

The location of this gem was perfection! We loved the tranquil views, proximity to restaurants (shout out to Shadowbrook) and nightlife, access to beach and nearby Soquel for antique shopping. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This place is great - you can’t beat the location- walking distance to restaurants, the beach. It’s situated right on the river, so with kayaks available it’s a great place for kids. Nice big outside deck to just hang and chill. We come here every year after tax season to just clear our heads!! This is the second year we have stayed here, we love it and so do our dogs!!

this is my third time staying at this house. I love the house location, the view from the deck. It’s a very nice comfortable house. And pet friendly. I love coming to Capitola and this is the only place I want to stay. Steve, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I’m sad to leave every time.

We’ve stayed at 3 other properties on the creek and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. It was perfect for the three of us for the weekend.
