Cette magnifique maison dans la station balnĂ©aire pittoresque de Capitola vous rappellera d'ĂȘtre dans un petit village en Italie. Marque nouveau lit Queen dans une chambre Ă  coucher et un double super confortable dans la 2Ăšme chambre. CanapĂ©-lit avec une Ă©paisseur de plateau-coussin dans le salon peut accueillir deux personnes.

Il a sa propre embarcadĂšre avec vos propres kayaks et un canot Ă  utiliser Ă  votre guise. Ou vous pouvez poser sur le pont et donnent sur la belle Soquel Creek et observer la nature.

Promenez-vous Ă  la plage et profiter du surf et le soleil.

BBQ sur la terrasse et regarder les canards serpentent par en sirotant un verre de vin à partir de l'un des vignobles locaux. Ou tout simplement se détendre et lire votre livre préféré sur l'intimité de votre propre deck.

Deck was great for meals, bottle of wine, reading, and enjoying watching the people and dogs walk by. View of the river was peaceful. TVs were good. Fireplace was great. Only a couple of minutes to walk to Capitola on the beach and great restaurants there.

Shops, dining and beach all within a 5 minute walk. Great deck, cute house. Though there is one bathroom it is worth noting that it is Jack and Jill style, one door is in the hallway and the other is through primary bedroom, turning it from questionable to totally doable. We were happily surprised. Though the description says it sleeps six, two beds are double, which they note) so may not work for larger folks.

This place was amazing! Bigger than it looked in the pictures, and things seemed new and/or well cared for. The porch was our fav place to hang out, and we loved being walking distance to the Village. Steve was super kind and very responsive.

We had peaceful mornings and beautiful nights here. One of our favorites stays in Capitola. We’ve come every year for the past 10 years or so during Labor Day weekend. This home is such a gem! The peaceful river, beautiful surroundings of trees and flowers makes a perfect picture for our early morning coffee and afternoon naps. Walking distance to everything.

This is the PERFECT home base for a Capitola vacation. The deck is an amazing place to relax along the river, and the house is comfortable and well-appointed. The host Steve is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

As always, we had a wonderful few days at Steve and Lois’s adorable house on the river. We’ve been coming to their home for literally years and it never disappoints. Their home is clean, well equipped and so comfortable. They are wonderful people and always available if we have questions. We’ll be coming back in November for my birthday. This place is a gem.
Lucy isn’t sure what she’s guarding, but she’s killin’ it! She loves the deck!

Great location!

We loved this place! We sat on the lovely deck and used the kayak and paddle board. It was perfect for walking to the beach and walking to Gayle’s for pastries. We will definitely rent it again.

Girl's beach trip!

We loved the location of this property for our annual girls trip. Kayaked on the river, easy walk into town and steps to the beach! Everything we'd hoped for. Beach house is clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back!

The highlight of this property really is the beautiful deck overlooking the creek! Its the perfect, peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature with hummingbirds, butterflies and ducks on the water. Loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening there. Also loved the walkability to everything. No need to get in the car if you don't want to. The dedicated parking space was also a plus. The house was clean and comfortable, and we did appreciate the smart TV. We will definitely return!
