The home is spacious and welcoming, with transitional modern decor that keeps the focus on the panoramic views from every angle. Upstairs, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light thanks to an entire back wall of windows and glass doors. The living room features a plush leather sectional with a chaise, a recliner, two cozy club chairs, a large mounted streaming TV, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace—ideal for cool evenings and movie nights. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens to a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, ample prep space, a drip coffee maker, and bar seating for three.

The luxurious upstairs primary suite offers a king-sized bed, direct access to the upper deck, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities—a private spa-like haven.
