This property was excellent. Great communication and easy check-in process. We loved the spacious layout and new appliances. The backyard gas firepit and pool was great for relaxing. Close to Austin and San Marcos, but away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It was a perfect setting for us.

Beautiful property. Check-in/checkout was easy. Close to everything needed for shopping and eating out, etc. Wish we got to use the pool, but we were there in April and it rained a lot. The days that were nice, we had other plans. Highly recommended!

Overall this was a great place for our family to stay. Kids enjoyed the very clean pool, beds were comfortable, and communication with the owner was very good. I especially appreciated the coffee bar. Only warning is that the house is close to a railroad track. It only woke me up on the first night but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

We were in Kyle connecting with nearby family, and this house was perfect. The kitchen was one of the best stocked and equipped ever! We'd love to return when there's no burn ban so we can use the firepit and when it's warmer so we can swim in the beautiful pool. This is a great house!

The pool was very nice, however, we didn’t get in it because it was so cold. It would be pretty sweet if it was heated. The bedrooms were nice, however, the master bedroom, although it looked very nice would’ve been better suited. Had there been a dresser or two in the room and a mirror.
