Welcome to the "South Petite" Room at Hotel Cabana!



Hotel Cabana has a rich, multi-decade history. Originally built in 1947 as a single-story building and named Coca Cabana, our hotel has always been a haven for laid-back sun lovers to enjoy the beach in a warm and welcoming environment. We’ve always had a common goal: to welcome people to Clearwater Beach, one of the most beautiful places on earth. We hope to see you soon and again in years to come!



The Space:

Boasting tropical-contemporary aesthetics, our petite studio is perfect for up to two guests looking to immerse themselves in a chic, Florida Keys-inspired atmosphere. The South Petite Room includes a comfy queen bed, full-length mirror, quaint bathroom, and relaxing pool views. You are also steps away from the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach that await down the street.



After a long day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower or take a dip in one of our two heated pools.



Guest Access:

Self Check-In: Guests will receive a personalized 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit.



Guests will also have direct contact to one of our local Guest Experience Managers (GEMs) that they can reach out to with questions, concerns, or local recommendation requests during their stay! GEMs are on-site in the front office daily from 9:30am to 4:00pm and available to assist via phone daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Getting Around:

There is complimentary parking available on a first-come first-serve basis.



Travel by foot, bicycle, scooter or car. FreeBeachRides is a local taxi service thats readily available along with the Jolly Trolly, Uber and Lyft.

Please note we can not guarantee parking, but we will do our best to accommodate you or provide you with recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

- Shared laundry facilities are available. They are pay-per-cycle via credit card.

- This property is not pet-friendly.

- Parking must be utilized off of Somerset St. lots and not Mandalay Ave. lots for the hotel. Vehicles will be subject to ticketing and towing without parking passes issued by the front desk if your vehicle is parked off of Mandalay Ave. lots.

- This property contains a kitchenette, not a full size kitchen.

- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.

- All late check-out's must be approved by the host. There will be a $100 late penalty fine for any unapproved late departures.

- KEYS: Please return the physical keys, if used, back into the lockbox and lock it prior to your departure in order to avoid penalty fees that may apply for stolen property.
