Great place, easy check in, out. Great communication with host and will definitely book again. Very clean and well kept just like the pictures.

Easy to get to from Rte. 5. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Decent beds. First floor bathroom door doesn’t shut properly. Many outlets don’t work.

Lovely Home

What a lovely home! We had all the amenities that we needed. Loved being able to play games as a family at the big table. It was conveniently located to many great locations. It was perfect for our nieces high school graduation. Thank you

Fun trip to Buffalo

The lads and I stayed here to see a football game. Had a great weekend. Was very comfortable in the house and the location made it easy to get anywhere around the city.

Convenient Stay near downtown Buffalo

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space. We appreciated the host's thorough directions and book of recommendations. It was easy to get around from this location. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but we did have to wipe down the bathroom from the previous guests. We didn't pay a cleaning fee, so we understood there might be a little tidying up.

Great visit

Property was exactly as described. Clean, welcoming, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to stay at. The perfect amount of space for me and my friends to enjoy a nice weekend. Not too far from nearby points of interest and the guest book on the table was very informative and helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do. Would definitely visit again!

Only one small complaint: if you’re planning to go in the winter, the basement is not heated so anyone sleeping down there will probably be chilly.

Moms birthday

Mom turned 90 and my siblings wanted to celebrate her in Buffalo..did the biffalo tiki tours out pf Riverside and casi o and dinnwr at chefs...everything was sooo close...the place was amazing...lots of room and amenities!!! Def would stay again..easy entry too!!!

Perfect for our needs

The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!

quiet and convenient

We had a family wedding in Buffalo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 6 giving us plenty of room, two bathrooms, plenty of towels, coffee, spacious living area and a nice kitchen area with all the needed supplies. It was great to be able to prepare meals and save some money and time. We had several family events and also a day of sightseeing. The VRBO was quiet and in a great central location for all of our events. Highly recommmend!

Great location walk to everything

Great location! Walking distance to shalen field, restaurants and Dunkin! We brought 4 boys ages 9-2 and it was very comfortable! Air conditioner wasn't working correctly and as soon as I told Regina she had some there to fix it! Not a lot of parking. 2 vehicles max. One in garage and one outside. Ice maker was very convenient. Will stay again!!

Good Value

Overall got the job done for our 6 person group short stay in Buffalo. Host gave us the wrong code to enter but was quick to respond and give us the correct one. Property would benefit from some detail updates - coffee pot was broken, the bathroom door downstairs didn't latch properly, no kitchen or bathroom hand towels, paint was peeling in some areas. If you're looking for a larger place on a budget near downtown Buffalo this is a good option.
