Property was very clean, right on the beach. Host was very responsive when needed, the push button lock didn’t work when checking in and they looked at it right away but it kept working off and on the whole stay. Minor leaking from the air conditioner and the carpet was wet the whole stay.

Host and property management were very communicative throughout planning and arrival. One issue surfaced with the electronic door lock and there were multiple calls to address it. We found a workaround quickly and we were very happy with our stay. The local ice cream shop was walkable and a big hit with the family.

Lovely place with cozy furniture and plenty of space for the four of us. However, the door code lock/unlock was on the fritz, so we had to use the lock box key. The twin bed really needs a new mattress, as no one could sleep on it and ended up using the couch instead. The small bedroom has the furnace in a closet running constantly and is a little noisy. It was nice having two bathrooms, even though they were rather small. The one with the tub could use a handrail grip and perhaps something to prevent slippage and a bathmat. The dishwasher is on its last legs, and I noticed it had been held together with zip ties just to keep it working. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cookware. Parts of the floor were uneven, which can catch you off guard. Overall, very nice stay and appreciated the easy communication and directions.

Charming Getaway Location

Beach access was easy, interior of space is well updated. Maintenance and owner communication was real good. Appliances and furnishings worked well. Glad we chose to stay there.

The condo was in great condition and great location. The only problem we ran into was that there was major beach renovation project going on that week and the host didn’t communicate with us before our trip that this project would be happening. I understand that projects like this are not the host fault but we should have been told this would be happening. We had no access to our beach for 2 days and construction was happening late into the evening which made it difficult for our 1 year old son to fall asleep at night. When I messaged the host about the project and asked if we could have some money back he said that it’s not his fault that the project was happening and wouldn’t give us a partial refund. I told him that I understood the project was out of his control but the point in the matter is we should’ve been told ahead of time that this project would be happening.

Great and relaxing stay for our honeymoon
