The unit was clean and well appointed with what you need to feel at home. Being right on the beach and top floor made for a very enjoyable experience and first class feel. The balcony(where we spent most of our awake time) was fantastic! We caught some spectacular sunrises while there! The top floor terrace at the center of the building (right next door) is very dark at night and great for stargazing! The host responded very quickly when we had a small issue at checkin. We hope to stay again in the future.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The outside of PierView was dated but the inside of the condo was great.

You can’t get a better location than this, however, the unit was filthy and the master bath tub is not usable. There is a lot to be desired about this unit. Cleanliness was a huge concern.Gorgeous beach though.

The views are worth every penny. Easy beach access. Both pools were clean. Interior was so comfortable. Elevator was working!!!! Very enjoyable trip.

the place was really nice and clean. The weather didn’t cooperate with our stay but on the morning we left we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and ocean. Would like to go back when weather is nicer to enjoy the balcony and ocean.

Perfect ocean view! Attentive owner who is easy to reach and also offers local tips. Well equipped unit with the best deck to view the ocean, birds, dolphins, and magnificent sunrises.

We truly enjoyed your condo and the seashore. We saw a bunch of wildlife while sitting and relaxing on the balcony. My husband was visited by a humming bird. we saw a whale Tuesday, and many crabs and birds on the dunes. Hope you have a wonderful summer, and we hope to be back again!.The Condo was super clean and well kept, the host was very available for questions as were the caretakers. the Beach view was AMAZING, the top floor view was unlike ay other, and the access to the beach was just steps away. The Condo has everything we needed for the stay, including a blanket to snuggle with on the couch or balcony when needed. /we will stay here again!!!

The view of the beach was beautiful and unobstructed. Kitchen was well stocked, except for towels. the only issue I have is limited towels. Only one dish towel, no dish cloth or sponges, no laundry pod , no bar soap. Only two big towels in bathroom, one hand towel and no tub/shower rug. I will bring extra towels next time

Overlooking the ocean

Great stay at Pierview. Location is close to restaurants and is a central location to explore the Outer Banks. Balcony views are breathtaking.

Great view on the ocean

Great place to stay for 2 couples. Right on the beach with balcony view of the beach and ocean. Conveniently located Close to stores, shopping and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating with earlier check in.

Great location and view!

Great condo, it could have been cleaned better than it was prior to our stay. The building is in need of maintenance, other than that it was a great place to stay!!
