Pointes North Inn est l'une des suites en copropriété uniques de Charlevoix qui réservent comme une chambre d'hôtel. Livre de la vie privée de l'appartement, séjour pour l'hospitalité.

Ce magnifique condo a deux lits king-size avec un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Il y a une île avec une petite cuisinière avec plaque de cuisson et des sièges pour trois. Il y a également un four à micro-ondes à convection et un réfrigérateur sur le côté opposé.

La télévision par câble est dans le salon et les chambres. La télévision dans la salle de séjour a la possibilité de brancher un lecteur de DVD. La réception dispose d'une variété de DVD à choisir. Le canapé-lit queen est dans le salon avec une chaise séparée. La salle de séjour est la terrasse ouverte de plain-pied avec des sièges pour deux.

Pointes North Inn a haute vitesse Wi-Fi dans tout le bâtiment et coin buanderie exploité au deuxième étage. Dans le hall, il y a des sièges pour le petit déjeuner continental qui surplombe la piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée. La section intérieure de la piscine est ouverte toute l'année, tandis que la section extérieure est fermée Octobre à mai.

Tout cela, à un jet de Charlevoix juste une pierre de la belle ville.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in the condo. It was decorated adorably. It was stocked fully with everything you would need for the weekend, including kitchen utensils, extra mixing bowls, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, paper towels, Shampoo, soap, and cute makeup towels. Two king-size beds. A charming balcony with seating for outdoor relaxation. Perfect location for walking downtown. You are a minute from the drawbridge and can see it from your balcony. Our only complaints were WiFi was not great causing the gorgeous large screen TV to lose service while watching a show a lot. The large burner on the stove didn’t work, oven and microwave are extremely small. The oven cooks hot so watch your food. Those were minor hiccups to a great weekend so if you're considering this condo book it!!

We absolutely love staying here. It’s such an easy walk to everything in Charlevoix. The rooms are always clean and updated, and they have everything you may need during your stay. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

A little getaway

My daughter and I stayed for 4 days. The place was wonderful! Perfect layout for the two of us. Homey, comfortable and enough space for privacy and alone time if needed. It a wasn't needed, but it was available and that can be important. Loved that we could walk to everything in the area! We would definitely come back here!could walk to whatever was in the area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was easy to find. We got there after hours but the instructions for getting into our room were perfect. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had most everything you would need but if you plan to cook meals you may want to bring a few things. For example, we made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches but the only frying pan was just big enough for one sandwich. The knob for the big stove burner was broken so you couldn't use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were great! All four of us agree that we would definitely stay there again.

Could have been much better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel for the amount of money we spent to stay at this location, we were not satisfied. I expressed my concerns with the staff upon check out. My daughter was badly injured on the stairs by the tacks that hold the carpet down. My parents were unable to use the shower, and had to use the bath due to fear of falling in the slippery shower. The door to the bathroom downstairs would not lock, and people were walked in on while using the bathroom due to this issue. Items from previous guests were found under the bed downstairs. The light above the kitchen sink had multiple bulbs out. The fan and ceiling had an excessive amount of dust, like it hadn't been dusted in a long time. The balcony was soaked from dripping water from the gutters above, so we weren't able to enjoy that the way we expected. Also, one of the seating arrangements outside broke when we sat on it.We love the area and visit yearly, we normally stay at the Edge Water Inn and have had ZERO issues with our stay there. The Edge Water Inn was booked and referred us to the sister hotel. Next time I will ask what sister, the ugly step sister? For the amount we spent for 2 nights, I feel our stay should have been super instead of just ok.

Great Location!

The location of the rental is close to cute charming downtown shopping and a quick walk to view the lake. The North Pointe Inn is a hybrid hotel, condo rental. This means there are conveniences of a hotel however the condo townhouse style units are close together. The king beds were very comfortable and the size of bedrooms are great. The decor is charming and professionally decorated. The downside is the balcony over looking a main strip of traffic and in the summer it's busy. I could hear the road noise in the rental at times. The loft bedroom is over the main living area and it's easy to disturb the sleep of the person sleeping in the loft by others using the kitchen. The title of the listing is partially inaccurate, there is no Round lake view. I was aware of this and wasn't disappointed. The main draw is the amazing location! There are great restaurants a quick walk away.
