Blue Warbler - 4 Bedrooms and 4 min walk to beach

This sparkling clean beach house is now available for rent. The light and beachy decor is inviting in this spacious home - sleeps 9! It features ample living space and comfortable outdoor seating. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach, easy walk to restaurants, and there are many local shops nearby.

The Blue Warbler is the perfect spot for your next vacation or getaway. The interior is spacious and tastefully decorated. We’ve provided everything you may need - just bring your suitcase. The outdoor space features a beach view, two decks, a spacious fenced-in backyard, a large picnic table, plenty of seating, and a charcoal grill. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the covered deck looking out at the ocean view. The downstairs is an outdoor, covered, and fenced area ideal for family meals and game nights. The bedrooms are as follows: the master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, two secondary bedrooms with queen beds have access to the back deck area, and a kids’ bedroom has a triple twin bunk bed. Both restrooms have double sinks. The real star of this house is the kitchen! If you love to cook, this is the house for you. This fully stocked kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and a programmable coffee maker. There is a reverse osmosis drinking water system installed on the refrigerator's water dispenser. Beach access is just at the end of the street. Even with children, it’s a safe walk because there are no streets to cross. There are large screen TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and kids’ room. Beach chairs, towels, and toys are provided.

The house was very nice! Well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would want! Comfortable beds, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Best of Surfside

We stayed 5 adults and 2 kids as family. The home was clean and well appointed. The reason this is out favorite Surfside stay is how much they have for you. Wagons, chairs, beach toys, the works! The place was wonderful. The hosts where super accommodating and responsive. I’m not sure why you are still reading my review, you should be booking before someone else does.

Blue Warbler the Best

The reviews I read about this property did not disappoint. The property was clean and within a short walk to the beach. It was great not having to bring beach chairs or beach toys. And the house was well equipped! Actually it was beyond any other property we have rented anywhere. They had pancake mix, breakfast cereal, coffee, microwave popcorn, plenty of dishes and cookware. Any questions, Chuck was quick to respond. This is certainly a place we would book again.

Amazing Venue!

We have stayed in several houses along this street and have FINALLY found the one we want to stay in every time we come. This is the place! Not only was it spacious and accommodating but Chuck was in touch with us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. In fact, there was an explosion at one of the plants several miles away and Chuck went out of his way to reach out to us and let us know what was going on. How many hosts would do that? None that I've ever met. You should definitely rent this place just not in the middle of June since that is our time :)

Blended family beach day.

We come from Idaho every year to pick up our daughter from her mothers in Texas (she stays with her mom in the summer) we always get a beach house and it’s always such a great experience to have all the family’s come together for a bbq and beach day together. I am the step mom and my friend comes from mid Texas with her family. My husbands family comes for the day from bay city. And my stepdaughter sister, mom and aunt come for the day. It’s such a good time and it’s such a positive thing to show our daughter that we can all get together and get along. This house was perfect and came with everything we needed to bbq and have a great day at the beach with all the kids. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing to make these memories possible.

Great property with a great location

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our week long stay. The house is perfect for 6 adults, and a few kids if you are so inclined. The beach is just down the street and the waves were great. I highly recommend buying a beach pass so you can drive onto the beach for easy transportation of chairs, tents, and whatever else you want to take with you. It is only $12 and good for the calendar year. The owners are easily reached with any issues and very helpful.

A very nice place to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

It was very warm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean! It had every amenity you would ever need or want. There is a great little restaurant a short walk up the beach that we enjoyed as well. I would recommend this beach house to anyone looking for perfection.

Beautiful house!

The house was very clean, newly remodeled with great, new appliances and TVs! We had a great beach vacation with the kids. Lots of beach toys and chairs and a wagon in the garage to use which was nice! The walk to the beach isn’t bad, but we had a couple little ones and it was a little far for them. But for the teen and adults it was fine. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous brand new house

My children (3&5) called this the fancy house, and they are right! We’ve stayed at beach houses up and down the coast and the finishes and decor here were second to none. Owners kind and responsive. Feels even bigger than it is. Wonderful stay!!
