This condo offers you both the ease of beach access and the comforts of a well-appointed home base in Sunny Isles Beach.

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, providing space for both rest and privacy. Room-darkening shades, fresh bed linens, and essential amenities create a setting for relaxation after days spent by the shore.

A fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals at home. Youâll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Whether youâre preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a leisurely dinner in, everything you need to cook is ready for use.

The condo includes 1.5 baths, featuring a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and shampoo. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, making your stay seamless from the moment you arrive.

Just steps from all necessary grocery stores and with Aventura Mall just across the bridge this is an excellent place to stay and relax conveniently (Aventura Mall is approx. 1-mile from location).
