Please be advice before you make the reservation, that the building is going through concrete restoration. What does that mean? The balconies are closed but you can still see everything from the balconies and there will be noise coming from drilling outside of the building Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 PM because they are fixing the building from outside.

This is a Luxury 3 bedroom Penthouse On The Beach (2175 sq. Ft) with 2 1/2 baths and views of the ocean. It is fully furnished with all housewares for your convenience. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, with the full master bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find a king size bed and in the 3th room queen size bed.

Please NOTE : Parking: $10 A DAY OR $150 A MONTH.

Grocery stores, restaurants are a walk away. Aventura mall is a few minutes away by car or a free community shuttle. South beach, Lincoln road, ocean drive, Bal Harbour shops, Las Olas blvd - are in close proximity.

Clean, beautiful and relaxing

Outstanding! Decor made everyone calm. Appliances were perfect and made meals effortless. View was excellent. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach followed by a walk on the sand. So much fun!

Family Spring Break

Had an amazing spring break trip at this location and property. The unit was beautiful. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The location was very relaxed but within driving distance of a lot of activities. The beach was amazing.The only criticism is the lack of a hot tub, the building and gym equipment was a little dated. However the staff and unit completely make up for that.

Excellent Unit

This 3 bedroom unit was just as described and didn’t have any unwanted surprises. It was perfect for the three of us sharing the unit while in town on business. Everything was clean and in good working order. Host was helpful and very responsive. Would recommend renting.

Simply Gorgeous !!!

If you are looking forward your perfect stay at Hollywood beach stop looking because you just found it. Extremely clean and beatifull!!! Breathtaking ocean and city views, very spacious and well decorated. Beach chairs and umbrellas to make your beach day perfect. Last but not least Dimitri the owner is very responsive and helpful. Im looking forward at a second stay in a near future !!!

Great find!

This penthouse was a great place to stay. Location was great, view of the intercoastal waterway and side view of the ocean because of the wrap around balcony. It was close to shopping and good restaurants too. We were allowed to check in quite early and easily which allowed us to make use of the day as a vacation day. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and many small appliances in addition to the full size appliances. I will be happy to book this condo again when I am anywhere in the Miami area!
