This is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ocean view unit, The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-sized bed, and the 2nd Bedroom (BR2) has 2 Full size beds. Full kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with coffee maker, blender and all the essentials. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any necessary cookware. Each bedroom has its own private, newly remodeled bathroom with beautiful glass-enclosed showers. The living room will make you feel at home with its tasteful beach décor, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV. Local golf course is located just one mile away. Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurant. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

Cute and close to the beach!

Very cozy condo with ample kitchen space and comfy beds. Right by the pool but quiet at night, and super quick walk to the beach!

Absolutely wonderful

The facilities were clean, the staff friendly. The property s beautiful and quiet! Only complaint is the giant murder-squitos that swarm you the second you step foot on the pathway to the beach but that’s nothing that can be controlled. Bring plenty of repellent!

Family Birthday

The whole process was very easy, the pool was very nice and clean. Our water heater wasn't working on our first night but management too care of the problem right away.

Island Retreat

We stayed at this 2 bedroom condo for 4 nights. We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were good, the showers were great, and kitchen was extremely well equipped . I had already known that the washing machine/dryer weren’t in the unit but it turns the laundry was right across the parking lot -super close! I do wish the listing would have specified what type of coffee maker is included so we could have brought coffee ahead of time.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed this property but, just one issue that was quickly addressed. Our property was super clean however, we found some blood splatter on the bathroom door when we checked in. We let them know and they quickly sent over the housekeeping crew to clean. The rest of the place was spotless. They are very strict on parking. You have to park your golf carts and trailers in an open field on property. They have security at the gate and monitoring the property during the day. At night, there are cameras monitoring the over flow parking of the golf carts. It felt like a safe and well run place to stay. We would stay again.
