Holiday weekend getaway

I had an amazing time. It was a short vacation but my rime there was a blessing. I would recommend this property to everyone. Sitting on the balcony early morning and watch the turtles was an awesome sight to see I would definitely come back to visit ..

Family Vacation for Dance Competition

Clean unit with comfortable beds. Needs some maintenance but owner acknowledged he was doing those soon. Perfect location with restaurants and activities close by. We were there for a dance competition at the resort so being able to easily walk to the convention center each day was amazing! My kids loved the pools and being able to walk to the beach. We also all loved watching the turtles in the lagoon behind the condo. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed a week for a dance competition at the conference center. Easy walk to the center and easy walk to the beach. Villa is nicely renovated, and complex is quiet. Was nice to come home to after long days. Owner is very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

PCB Prime

Great central location in PCB! Resort amenities and beach access are a plus. The owner was wonderful and quick to respond to our questions. We were in the area for a gymnastics competition and this was a home away from home to help make the meet a success!

Perfect Stay while in Panama City Beach, FL

My family and I LOVED our stay at Steven’s golf villa/condo at the Edgewater Resort in Panama City Beach. The condo was spacious, clean as well as well maintained and furnished. We had eight in our party yet we were all able to comfortably sleep, eat, relax and enjoy our time in our home away from home. The turtles that resided in the pond right outside of the condo were a hit with the kids as well! Last but not least, Steven was an amazing host…very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City!

Convenient location on PCB with access to the beach. 2nd floor unit overlooking golf course. No issues with noisy neighbors and overall enjoyed our stay. Ducks and turtles seen daily. Unit is older but has some remodeled rooms. Linens were clean but found some pans and kitchen items that needed to be washed before first use. Shower had some mildew that could have been cleaned much better. Has a washer and dryer which worked well. No issues with check in. Facility is secured with gate/guard.

Turtle view! Great for our softball tournament trip

We stayed here during a softball tournament for my daughters team. All of our team booked in Edgewater and we chose to stay on the golf side instead of towers. I’m glad I did. This side of the resort is so much more quiet. People at the Tower side are partying all night but this side is more families. Immediately when we walked in we noticed the turtles and ducks in the pond behind the villa and it provided us with hours of entertainment watching them! The villa was clean and the owner was very responsive. I messaged a couple times and he responded almost immediately each time. There was some construction happening with the stairs on our side but it was done during reasonable hours. I would stay here again next year if we choose this tournament in PCB again. Checkout cleaning requirements are reasonable. Good parking.

The condo was so nice! The master bath was beautiful and we just love edgewater. Very convenient having the tram drive you to the beach, so we didn’t even mind that we weren’t beach front!

Save money on Golf side with this Great Condo!

This condo was well priced AND a wonderful stay for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young children). It looked and smelled clean and tidy, the furniture and decor were perfect for a beach trip, they had a smart Tv in each room, the master shower was beautiful and the water pressure great! We had to call for the Tram both times we used it but they came within 10 minutes of the call both times and that reflects on Edgewater not the condo, so just call Edgewater if you are waiting too long. I didn’t care about the pool right next to us, but you could ride over and enjoy the bigger pools in front of the towers at no extra cost except for an appreciation tip if you ride the tram. You can also walk it or we parked at the Towers twice with no issues. I love that the resort is right in the middle of everything. With the money you save by staying here, you can do more during your stay. I visited a friend’s condo that was on the beach in Tower II and the view was pretty but we felt our condo was nicer overall. The bathrooms were nicer and they complained about their water pressure and flights of stairs. This is on the 2nd story and not a bad stair climb at all. The kids loved this place. It was peaceful and inviting and we would all stay here again! Thanks to the owners for providing this great vacation opportunity.
