The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom, while bedroom two features a king bed with access to the unit's second bathroom. The unit also features a hallway bunk room with twin beds and sleeper sofa and a queen cabinet bed with convenient access to the unit's second bathroom.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2023 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.
