Love this property! It’s the second time we book the two adjacent cabins for our annual summer family vacation and we will be back! The houses and grounds are beautiful and offer ample space for a large group to spend time together, as well as plenty of secluded spots to relax in private. Highly recommend!!

Another great week at Bay Lake at John's cabin. The cabin is fantastic. John is a excellent host. Enjoyed boating on Bay Lake (Bay Lake Marina next door for renting Pontoon boats), golf at Ruttgers and Crosby is an interesting town to shop. We will be back!

This is our seventh year staying at one of John’s properties on Bay Lake. They are both beautiful and have everything you need for a week up north. We got a sneak peek at the renovations on the third house next door - it’s going to be beautiful. Our two families (4 adults and 5 adult children) had more than enough room to spread out but the house has intentional spaces to also be together for games and meals. The kids loved the sauna on the property and the basement was set up with young people in mind - a pool table, game table and a second kitchen. Plenty of firewood was available for campfires.John is the best host!

Great place for our annual family vacation. 2025 was our fifth year in cabin A. Kitchen is perfect for our meals for 9 people. The grandkids love the big garage for basketball and ping pong if it rains.

Perfect Family Getaway

There is something for everyone at this stunning Bay Lake retreat. Wonderful spacious cabin, games and beach for the kids and a gourmet kitchen for Grandma. The lake is great for fishing and watersports. Close to Rutgers resort for a quick getaway or spa day. Best thing about this years stay was the six year old skiing for the first time!

We stayed here for a family getaway and really enjoyed this place. It is very spacious and well stocked with games and amenities to keep the whole family entertained. John and Matt were wonderful hosts. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Cabin was perfect for our family! Kitchen has every thing you need for preparing meals. Very quiet area of the lake and a 5 minute boat ride to Rutgers if you want a restaurant or happy hour. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Summer Vacation Rental

This large home on beautiful Bay Lake was enjoyed by our whole family. The cabin is very well maintained and has more than enough dishes, towels and games for a very large group. This home is just as described, and is a wonderful place for a family to vacation at.

We had a wonderful stay! We reserved both cabins, and each was immaculate and so well stocked with amenities. The backyard was level and easy to navigate, which was especially helpful for my aging dad, and our teenage grandson had plenty to keep him entertained with all the fun activities provided. The setting was quiet and serene, making it a perfect getaway spot for our large family. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner onsite, who was kind, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!
